【摘要】：本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法和實(shí)例分析法探討了物理教師實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)修養(yǎng)的相關(guān)理論,分析了物理教師實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)修養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,提出了提升物理教師實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)修養(yǎng)的途徑：在物理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)過(guò)程中必須講究一定策略、發(fā)揮教師的主導(dǎo)作用、加強(qiáng)教師的自我人文修養(yǎng)和道德修養(yǎng)、提高教師的自身教育教學(xué)能力,并給出教學(xué)案例。本研究還依據(jù)提高物理教師實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)修養(yǎng)的途徑進(jìn)行了初步教學(xué)實(shí)踐,并對(duì)提升教學(xué)實(shí)踐的效果以及對(duì)提升教學(xué)效果的影響進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明提高物理教師實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)修養(yǎng),有助于切實(shí)提高學(xué)生的實(shí)驗(yàn)操作水平,并有助于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新思維和動(dòng)手意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the relevant theories of physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment and analyzes the present situation of physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment by means of literature analysis and case analysis. This paper puts forward some ways to improve the experimental teaching accomplishment of physics teachers: in the process of physics experiment teaching, we must pay attention to certain strategies, give play to the leading role of teachers, and strengthen teachers' self-cultivation of humanity and morality. Improve the teacher's own teaching ability and give the teaching case. This study also carries on the preliminary teaching practice according to the way of improving physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment, and analyzes the effect of improving the teaching practice as well as the effect on the improvement of the teaching effect. The research results show that the improvement of physics teachers' experimental teaching accomplishment is helpful to improve the students' experimental operation level and to cultivate the students' creative thinking and hands-on consciousness.
