【摘要】:初中學(xué)生正處于叛逆時(shí)期,初中學(xué)生中的學(xué)困生出現(xiàn)的問題更讓老師和家長(zhǎng)頭疼不已。學(xué)困生是指感官和智力正常,但學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)低于智力潛能的期望水平,遠(yuǎn)未達(dá)到教學(xué)目標(biāo)要求的學(xué)生。雖然這些學(xué)生的感官和智力都很正常,但由于受家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)及自身等因素的影響而逐漸演變成學(xué)困生,因而導(dǎo)致他們的身心沒有得到良好的發(fā)展。“學(xué)困生”作為一個(gè)特殊群體,不論是從人文的角度還是從教育的角度,都應(yīng)該得到我們更多的關(guān)注和關(guān)懷。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生出現(xiàn)的各種問題和解決措施研究的并不多,出于此,本論文主要針對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生的類型、產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行分析,從而找到解決城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生問題的措施。正文首先對(duì)學(xué)困生的概念進(jìn)行了選定,之后再談到了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生形成原因進(jìn)行了歸納和文獻(xiàn)綜述。隨后通過利用本人實(shí)際教學(xué)工作中的學(xué)困生案例和統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查的方式,剖析了城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生的幾種類型和形成原因。本文從多個(gè)角度分析了當(dāng)今社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生的形成原因,最終得出結(jié)論學(xué)困生是家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)等多種因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。最后文章對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生的預(yù)防和轉(zhuǎn)化提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策:即營(yíng)造良好的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣,在社會(huì)中形成尊師重教的良好氛圍,提高家長(zhǎng)培育子女的意識(shí)和能力,老師不斷進(jìn)步,改進(jìn)自己的教育教學(xué)方法,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)讓學(xué)困生的數(shù)量變得越來越少的目的。家校共同努力,營(yíng)造良好的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣,撐起共同轉(zhuǎn)化城鎮(zhèn)初中學(xué)困生的一片藍(lán)天。
[Abstract]:Junior high school students are in rebellious period, the problems of students with learning difficulties make teachers and parents headache. Students with learning difficulties refer to students who have normal senses and intelligence, but whose academic achievement is lower than the expected level of intellectual potential and is far from meeting the requirements of teaching goals. Although the senses and intelligence of these students are very normal, due to the influence of family, school, society and themselves and other factors, they gradually evolve into students with learning difficulties, which leads to their physical and mental development has not been good. As a special group, students with learning difficulties should be paid more attention and care from the angle of humanities and education. At present, there are not many researches on the problems and solutions of the urban junior middle school students with learning difficulties at home and abroad. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on the types of urban junior middle school students with learning difficulties, and analyzes the causes. In order to find a solution to the problem of urban junior high school students with learning difficulties. The text first selects the concept of students with learning difficulties, and then discusses the domestic and foreign research on the causes of the formation of junior middle school students with learning difficulties and literature review. Then, by using the case of students with learning difficulties in their actual teaching work and the way of statistical investigation, this paper analyzes several types of students with learning difficulties in urban junior middle schools and the reasons for their formation. This paper analyzes the causes of the formation of junior middle school students with learning difficulties in cities and towns from many angles, and finally draws a conclusion that the students with learning difficulties are the result of the comprehensive action of many factors, such as family, school, society and so on. Finally, the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the prevention and transformation of urban junior middle school students with learning difficulties: to create a good social atmosphere, to form a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education, to improve the awareness and ability of parents to cultivate their children, and to improve teachers' progress. Improve their own teaching methods, and ultimately achieve the goal of making the number of students with learning difficulties become less and less. Home and school work together to create a good social atmosphere, support the transformation of urban junior high school students with learning difficulties a blue sky.
