【摘要】：重慶市探索建立教育質(zhì)量內(nèi)控體系新策略,引導(dǎo)區(qū)域教育行政部門及學(xué)校提升自評(píng)能力,自覺開展、融入教育質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)改革。用質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)繪制教育發(fā)展藍(lán)圖,將立體質(zhì)量模型轉(zhuǎn)化為引導(dǎo)區(qū)域提升教育質(zhì)量的行動(dòng)基礎(chǔ),將質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)整為教育綜合配套改革的一致性指標(biāo)。確立市、區(qū)(縣)、校三級(jí)教育優(yōu)質(zhì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系,開發(fā)共享、共用評(píng)價(jià)工具與分析技術(shù)。建立基于評(píng)價(jià)促進(jìn)共同發(fā)展理念的三級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,運(yùn)用"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù)、分層分類報(bào)告的診斷改進(jìn)策略,關(guān)注區(qū)域、學(xué)校各層面的真實(shí)獲得。
[Abstract]:Chongqing explores new strategies for establishing a system of internal control of educational quality, and guides regional educational administrations and schools to enhance their self-evaluation ability, carry out consciously, and integrate into the reform of comprehensive evaluation of educational quality. The blueprint of education development is drawn with quality standard, and the three-dimensional quality model is transformed into the action foundation to guide the regional education quality improvement, and the quality standard is integrated into the consistent index of education comprehensive matching reform. Establish the quality index system, develop and share, share the evaluation tools and analysis technology of the three levels of education quality development in cities, districts and schools. To establish a three-level evaluation mechanism based on the concept of evaluation and promote common development, to use the "Internet" evaluation technology, to improve the diagnosis strategy of stratified classification reports, and to pay attention to the real acquisition of each level of the region and school.
