中小學(xué)教師資格考試實(shí)施問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì),經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,教育越來(lái)越多的受到了人們的關(guān)注。教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的提高,教師地位的提升被各國(guó)所關(guān)注,教師專業(yè)化成為了教師發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì)。教師資格考試作為選拔合格教師的“入口”,它的發(fā)展也極大的反映出一個(gè)國(guó)家教師專業(yè)化水平,它不僅要選拔合格人才,還應(yīng)該著眼于未來(lái),探究未來(lái)教師發(fā)展成長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。目前我國(guó)已經(jīng)實(shí)行了中小學(xué)教師資格考試制度,中小學(xué)教師資格考試的實(shí)施提高了我國(guó)教師整體的素質(zhì),促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展,對(duì)我國(guó)教師教育的發(fā)展起到了巨大的促進(jìn)作用。本研究以“中高考改革”,新課程改革以及教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展為背景,對(duì)中小學(xué)教師資格考試改革進(jìn)行的研究。分析在改革背景下,對(duì)教師提出的新要求。對(duì)中小學(xué)“教師資格考試制度”的發(fā)展歷程,實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。另外,對(duì)太原市已從業(yè)的教師和在校大學(xué)生,針對(duì)教師資格考試改革的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解公眾對(duì)“教師資格考試”改革的看法。本研究第一部分主要敘述研究的背景,研究的目的、內(nèi)容和意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容以及教師資格考試制度的發(fā)展歷程。第二部分對(duì)于中小學(xué)教師資格考試進(jìn)行概述,了解中小學(xué)教師資格考試參加人員,考試科目,考試認(rèn)定過(guò)程,考試機(jī)構(gòu),以及中小學(xué)教師資格考試的租用進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的描述。第三章運(yùn)用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方式,對(duì)于參加中小學(xué)教師資格考試人援方面,教師資格考試形式方面,以及參加教師資格考試人員對(duì)于國(guó)考的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)態(tài)度方面進(jìn)行了具體分析。經(jīng)調(diào)查,大多數(shù)人對(duì)于教師資格考試改為全國(guó)統(tǒng)考的態(tài)度是支持的,也認(rèn)為教師資格考試改革可以督促教師不斷學(xué)習(xí),提高教師整體素質(zhì)。但是與此同時(shí)也存在一些問(wèn)題。在本研究的第五章,提出了一些建議,對(duì)完善教師資格考試有一定幫助作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and economy, more and more people pay attention to education. With the improvement of teachers' professional accomplishment and the improvement of teachers' status, teachers' professionalization has become the trend of teachers' development. As a "entrance" to the selection of qualified teachers, the development of teacher qualification examination greatly reflects the professional level of teachers in a country. It should not only select qualified personnel, but also focus on the future and explore the developing trend of teachers in the future. At present, our country has already implemented the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination system, the implementation of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination has improved our country teacher's overall quality, promoted the teacher specialized development, has played the huge promotion function to our country teacher education development. Based on the reform of college entrance examination in middle school, the new curriculum reform and the development of teachers' specialization, this paper studies the reform of teachers' qualification examination in primary and secondary schools. This paper analyzes the new requirements for teachers under the background of reform. This paper discusses in detail the development course, implementation status and existing problems of teacher qualification examination system in primary and middle schools. In addition, the teachers and college students in Taiyuan have been investigated in order to find out the public's views on the reform of teacher qualification examination. The first part of this study mainly describes the background of the study, the purpose, content and significance of the study, as well as the development of the teacher qualification examination system. In the second part, the author gives an overview of the teacher qualification examination in primary and secondary schools, and describes in detail the participants, the subjects of the examination, the course of the examination, the examination organization, and the rental of the teacher qualification examination in the primary and middle schools. In the third chapter, the author makes a detailed analysis on the aspects of taking the teacher's qualification examination in primary and secondary schools, the form of the teacher's qualification examination, and the teachers' good and bad attitude towards the national examination by the way of questionnaire. Through investigation, the majority of people support the attitude of changing teacher qualification examination to national unified examination, and think that the reform of teacher qualification examination can urge teachers to study continuously and improve the overall quality of teachers. But at the same time there are some problems. In the fifth chapter of this study, some suggestions are put forward, which are helpful to improve teacher qualification examination.
