【摘要】：現(xiàn)行人教版生物學(xué)必修1中的"比較過氧化氫在不同條件下的分解"實驗存在以下缺陷:1在滴入新鮮的肝臟研磨液時,瞬時產(chǎn)生的大量泡沫容易傷到實驗者并使燃燒的衛(wèi)生香熄滅;2由于整個實驗過程及裝置都處于全敞開模式,氣體漏泄、反應(yīng)時間延遲等都易導(dǎo)致實驗現(xiàn)象不明顯。通過改進實驗裝置,解決了以上缺陷。
[Abstract]:" Comparing the hydrogen peroxide under different conditions " has the following defects : 1 , when the fresh liver grinding fluid is dropped , a large amount of foam which is instantaneously generated can be easily injured to the experimenter and the burning sanitary incense is extinguished ; and the experimental phenomenon is not obvious due to the whole experiment process and the device being in a fully open mode , gas leakage , reaction time delay and the like , and the defect of the above defects is solved by improving the experimental device .
