【摘要】：目的了解廊坊市農(nóng)村留守初中生健康滿意度的影響因素,為制定針對(duì)性的健康促進(jìn)策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法分層隨機(jī)整群抽取廊坊市農(nóng)村留守初中生600名,采用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)其健康滿意度、家庭狀況滿意度和健康生活方式進(jìn)行測(cè)量。運(yùn)用二分類Logistic回歸方法,對(duì)影響留守初中生健康滿意度的因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果農(nóng)村留守初中生健康滿意度3個(gè)維度得分在2.96~3.33分之間,整體處于中等偏上水平。健康生活方式6個(gè)維度得分在2.41~3.54分之間,個(gè)體生活方式表現(xiàn)處在中等偏下水平。影響農(nóng)村留守初中生心理健康滿意度的家庭狀況滿意度和健康生活方式因素共有8個(gè),OR值在1.445~2.384之間;影響生理健康滿意度有7個(gè)因素,OR值在1.447~2.590之間;影響社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力滿意度有5個(gè)因素,OR值在1.231~1.687之間。結(jié)論農(nóng)村留守初中生健康滿意度受家庭和個(gè)體因素影響較大,應(yīng)制定針對(duì)性的健康促進(jìn)策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influencing factors of health satisfaction of rural left-behind junior high school students in Langfang City, and to provide scientific basis for formulating targeted health promotion strategies. Methods 600 rural left-behind junior middle school students in Langfang City were selected by stratified random cluster and their health satisfaction, family status satisfaction and healthy lifestyle were measured by questionnaire. The factors influencing health satisfaction of left-behind junior high school students were analyzed by using two classification Logistic regression method. Results the scores of three dimensions of health satisfaction of rural left-behind junior high school students ranged from 2.96 to 3.33, the whole being in the upper middle level. The scores of 6 dimensions of healthy lifestyle ranged from 2.41 to 3.54, and the performance of individual lifestyle was at the lower middle level. The family status satisfaction and healthy lifestyle factors affecting mental health satisfaction of rural left-behind junior high school students had a total of 8 OR values between 1.445 and 2.384, and seven factors affecting physical health satisfaction were OR between 1.447and 2.590. The OR value of 5 factors influencing the satisfaction of social adaptability was between 1.231 and 1.687. Conclusion Health satisfaction of rural left-behind junior high school students is greatly influenced by family and individual factors, and health promotion strategies should be formulated.
