【摘要】：基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)代化目前面臨價(jià)值取向、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、治理機(jī)制、發(fā)展水平等方面問(wèn)題,縱觀國(guó)內(nèi)外教育發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),重新勾勒一幅由宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)維度構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)代化2030年的理想圖景對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)代化2030至關(guān)重要,宏觀圖景關(guān)注學(xué)校教育系統(tǒng)與外部環(huán)境的良性互動(dòng)及學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的形成,中觀圖景關(guān)注"立交橋"式的學(xué)校教育系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建,微觀圖景關(guān)注以學(xué)生與學(xué)習(xí)為中心重塑學(xué)校教育過(guò)程。推進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)代化走向未來(lái)的總體思路是以人的現(xiàn)代化為中心,以質(zhì)量提升為主題,以整體規(guī)劃與梯度推進(jìn)并重為策略,基本路徑是制度建設(shè)、"示范區(qū)引領(lǐng)"、"以評(píng)促建"。
[Abstract]:At present, the modernization of basic education is faced with problems such as value orientation, system structure, governance mechanism, development level and so on. The ideal vision of basic education modernization in 2030, which consists of three microcosmic dimensions, is very important to realize the modernization of basic education in 2030. The macro picture focuses on the benign interaction between the school education system and the external environment and the formation of a learning society. The meso view pays attention to the construction of the school education system of the "overpass" type, while the microscopic view focuses on reshaping the process of school education with students and learning as the center. The overall idea of advancing the modernization of basic education to the future is to take the modernization of people as the center, the quality improvement as the theme, and the overall planning and gradient promotion as the strategy. The basic path is institutional construction, "demonstration zone leading" and "promoting construction by evaluation".
