中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)倦怠的原因及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著社會競爭愈發(fā)激烈,教育行業(yè)也出現(xiàn)了一些問題。例如基礎(chǔ)教育的中小學(xué)教師群體面臨著巨大的競爭壓力和生存壓力,導(dǎo)致中小學(xué)教師存在一定程度上的職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象,其生存狀況不容樂觀,值得引起全社會的關(guān)注。因此,教育部門對我國教師的職業(yè)倦怠問題給予了極大的重視,特別是中小學(xué)教師的職業(yè)倦怠問題。通過對教師職業(yè)倦怠的理論和現(xiàn)實狀況進(jìn)行綜合考察和研究,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),教師職業(yè)倦怠的研究領(lǐng)域中雖然有著一定的研究成果和理論,但是在不同程度上缺乏對教師主體的關(guān)注,只是側(cè)重從心理學(xué)角度分析,忽略了教師生活現(xiàn)狀等其他角度進(jìn)行全面研究和分析。本研究以緩解教師職業(yè)倦怠為落腳點,對教師職業(yè)倦怠做出“再認(rèn)識”,分析了教師職業(yè)倦怠的內(nèi)涵。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以河南省新鄉(xiāng)市的一些中小學(xué)教師為研究對象,對中小學(xué)教師的職業(yè)倦怠狀況開展調(diào)查。筆者選用了問卷調(diào)查法、訪談等研究方法,把量化研究與質(zhì)性研究結(jié)合起來。通過對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn):中小學(xué)教師的職業(yè)生活狀況不容樂觀,職業(yè)倦怠現(xiàn)象普遍存在。筆者分析了造成以上結(jié)果的原因有很多種,包括教師社會地位和收入低的問題、不合理的管理和評價制度、繁重的工作負(fù)擔(dān)等,論文對以上幾個方面進(jìn)行了比較深入的剖析,并就此提出了相關(guān)的建議和對策。本研究的目的是增加中國的教師職業(yè)倦怠研究的理論基礎(chǔ),并為社會和學(xué)校提供一些有效的策略,幫助教師個體預(yù)防教師職業(yè)倦怠,最終提高我國中小學(xué)教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce social competition, the education industry has also appeared some problems. For example, the primary and middle school teachers in elementary education are facing great competitive pressure and survival pressure, which leads to a certain degree of job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers, whose living condition is not optimistic and deserves the attention of the whole society. Therefore, education departments pay great attention to the problem of teachers' job burnout, especially the problem of primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout. Through the comprehensive investigation and research on the theory and reality of teacher burnout, the author finds that there are some achievements and theories in the research field of teacher burnout. But lack of attention to teachers in varying degrees, only focus on psychological analysis, ignoring the current situation of teachers' life and other aspects of comprehensive research and analysis. This study aims at alleviating the teachers' job burnout, making a new understanding of the teacher's job burnout, and analyzing the connotation of the teacher's job burnout. On this basis, taking some primary and middle school teachers in Xinxiang City of Henan Province as the object of study, this paper investigates the job burnout of primary and middle school teachers. The author chooses questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods to combine quantitative research with qualitative research. Through the research and analysis of the collected data, it is found that the professional life of primary and middle school teachers is not optimistic, and the phenomenon of job burnout is common. The author analyzes the reasons for the above results, including the low social status and income of teachers, unreasonable management and evaluation system, heavy workload and so on. And put forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures. The purpose of this study is to increase the theoretical basis for the study of teacher burnout in China and to provide some effective strategies for society and schools to help teachers prevent teacher burnout and ultimately improve the quality of primary and secondary education in China.
