【摘要】：職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育對(duì)個(gè)人的職業(yè)定位、職業(yè)發(fā)展,乃至個(gè)人整體發(fā)展都具有重要的影響。我國(guó)對(duì)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的認(rèn)識(shí)還處于初步階段,嚴(yán)重影響了我國(guó)各類畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)滿意度和價(jià)值感。在中小學(xué)引入職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育,能夠使中小學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)自己的興趣、愛好和特長(zhǎng),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)個(gè)人未來的職業(yè)進(jìn)行一些探索性的思考,在中學(xué)畢業(yè)時(shí)可以做出更有利于未來發(fā)展的專業(yè)選擇。在我國(guó)中小學(xué)引入職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃教育需多方共同改進(jìn):社會(huì)、學(xué)校、教師和家長(zhǎng)改變傳統(tǒng)的職業(yè)教育觀念;培養(yǎng)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃師資;政府通過政策和法律法規(guī)落實(shí)中小學(xué)的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育;學(xué)校加強(qiáng)和企業(yè)的溝通,使職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育落到實(shí)處。
[Abstract]:Career planning education has an important influence on individual's career orientation, career development and even individual's overall development. The understanding of career planning in China is still in its initial stage, which has seriously affected the job satisfaction and value of all kinds of graduates in our country. The introduction of career planning education in primary and secondary schools can enable primary and middle school students to recognize their interests, hobbies and specialties, and guide students to make some exploratory reflections on their future careers. When you graduate from high school, you can make professional choices that are more conducive to your future development. The introduction of career development planning education in primary and secondary schools in our country should be improved in many ways: society, schools, teachers and parents should change the traditional concept of vocational education; The government implements the education of career planning in primary and secondary schools through policies and laws and regulations, and strengthens the communication between schools and enterprises to make the education of career planning come true.
