【摘要】：中學(xué)體育教師的說課活動,作為教學(xué)教研的活動形式之一,對體育教師進行教學(xué)反思,尋找新型教學(xué)理念無疑是一種有效的途徑。說課在教學(xué)改革的過程中也以它的方式進行著改變。說課是對教學(xué)活動的闡述,是對教學(xué)活動的總結(jié)和反思,對體育教師的教學(xué)過程有著較強的導(dǎo)向作用。因此,本文運用文獻資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、問卷調(diào)查法、文本分析法等研究方法,對岳陽市初中體育教師的說課現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查,分析岳陽市初中體育教師對說課的了解程度,參與說課活動的形式以及對說課內(nèi)容的重視度。從調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn):1.岳陽市初中體育教師參與說課的情況一般,大部分教師對說課有所耳聞,但真正了解說課的教師并不多;了解說課的途徑主要是參觀學(xué)習(xí)和工作培訓(xùn);岳陽市初中體育教師普遍認(rèn)為說課是提高教學(xué)和教研水平的途徑。2.岳陽市初中體育教師對說課缺乏系統(tǒng)的教育理論學(xué)習(xí),缺少主動學(xué)習(xí)的意識,對說課缺少足夠的認(rèn)識和了解,不能合理運用說課的理論知識。3.岳陽市初中體育教師參與說課的主要途徑是說課比賽、以及各類考核;在四種說課類型中岳陽市初中體育教師主要參與的說課類型是評價性說課。4.說課的教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備的內(nèi)容中岳陽市初中體育教師認(rèn)為教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)過程和教學(xué)方法方面的內(nèi)容非常重視,同時教學(xué)理念、重難點和學(xué)生情況也是其關(guān)注的重點。5.說課的教學(xué)過程的內(nèi)容中岳陽市初中體育教師認(rèn)為教學(xué)內(nèi)容、組織安排是最重要的,教學(xué)效果、場地器材、學(xué)習(xí)方法和生理負(fù)荷的相關(guān)內(nèi)容應(yīng)該得到重視。6.說課的教學(xué)總結(jié)的內(nèi)容中岳陽市初中體育教師基本統(tǒng)一教學(xué)手段、保護幫助、安全措施、教學(xué)反思、教學(xué)啟示以及教學(xué)評價內(nèi)容作為說課內(nèi)容,然而在實際的說課稿中,這些內(nèi)容出現(xiàn)在說課稿中的比例均低于20%。研究岳陽市初中體育教師說課現(xiàn)狀,分析具體說課內(nèi)容,尋找解決說課現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,為岳陽市初中體育教師更好的說課提供對策,從而提高岳陽市體育教學(xué)水平,提升教師自身素養(yǎng),為體育課程改革奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As one of the activities of teaching and research, it is undoubtedly an effective way to reflect on the teaching of PE teachers and find new teaching ideas. In the course of teaching reform, the course of speaking has also been changed in its way. Speaking lessons is an elaboration of teaching activities, a summary and reflection of teaching activities, and has a strong guiding effect on the teaching process of PE teachers. Therefore, by using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire, text analysis, etc., this paper investigates the present situation of PE teachers in Yueyang junior middle school, and analyzes the understanding degree of PE teachers in junior middle schools in Yueyang. Participate in the form of class speaking activities and the importance of the content. From the survey, it was found that: 1. Yueyang junior middle school physical education teachers' participation in class speaking is general, most teachers have heard about it, but there are not many teachers who really know it, the main way to understand it is to visit study and work training; Yueyang junior middle school physical education teachers generally think that saying lessons is a way to improve the level of teaching and teaching research. Yueyang junior middle school physical education teachers lack of systematic educational theory learning, lack of awareness of active learning, lack of sufficient knowledge and understanding, and can not reasonably use the theoretical knowledge of saying lessons .3. Yueyang junior middle school physical education teachers to participate in the main way is to say class competition, as well as all kinds of assessment; in the four types of junior middle school physical education teachers in Yueyang City, the main said class type is evaluation. 4. The content of teaching preparation in Yueyang junior middle school is that the content of teaching goal, teaching process and teaching method is attached great importance to, at the same time, the teaching idea, the important difficulty and the student condition are also the focus of its attention. The content of the teaching process in Yueyang junior middle school is that the teaching content and organization are the most important, teaching effect, site equipment, learning methods and physiological load should be paid attention to. 6. In Yueyang junior middle school physical education teachers basically unified teaching means, protection help, safety measures, teaching reflection, teaching enlightenment and teaching evaluation content, but in the actual speaking draft, These contents appear in the lecture notes in the proportion of less than 20. In order to improve the level of physical education teaching in Yueyang City, this paper studies the present situation of PE teachers in middle school in Yueyang City, analyzes the contents of the teaching, and finds out how to solve the problems existing in the present situation so as to provide countermeasures for the PE teachers in junior middle schools in Yueyang City. Improve teachers' own accomplishment and lay the foundation for PE curriculum reform.
