【摘要】：20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái),我國(guó)班級(jí)生活領(lǐng)域發(fā)生了深刻變革,其基本主旨在于以"權(quán)力倫理"為基本框架建設(shè)民主型的班級(jí)生活,和基于教育學(xué)的立場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)班級(jí)生活的獨(dú)特育人價(jià)值。這些變革主旨雖體現(xiàn)了我國(guó)社會(huì)生活從前現(xiàn)代社會(huì)向現(xiàn)代社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的基本要求,使學(xué)生擁有平等地位和人格尊嚴(yán),但卻消解了傳統(tǒng)班級(jí)生活的倫理實(shí)體性,隔斷了個(gè)體與群體之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián),擠壓了青少年對(duì)班級(jí)生活的意義體驗(yàn),從而強(qiáng)化了其利己主義取向的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。所以,權(quán)力倫理的班級(jí)生活變革思路亟需突破�？赡艿穆窂绞腔貧w倫理實(shí)體意義上的班級(jí)生活建設(shè),以權(quán)力倫理為體,以信念倫理為魂,以責(zé)任倫理為用,為青少年?duì)I建出意義充盈、健康發(fā)展的班級(jí)生活世界。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, profound changes have taken place in the field of class life in China. Its basic theme is to build a democratic class life with "power ethics" as the basic framework, and to develop the unique educational value of class life based on the position of pedagogy. These changes have embodied the social life of our country from the former modern society to the modern society. The basic requirement of the transformation makes the students have equal status and dignity, but it dispels the ethical entity of the traditional class life, separates the intrinsic relationship between the individual and the group, and squeezes the teenager's meaning experience to the class life, thus strengthening the risk of its egoism orientation. Therefore, the class life of the power ethics is changed. The train of thought needs to break through. The possible path is to return to the construction of class life in the sense of ethical entity, take the ethics of power as the body, take the belief ethics as the soul, and use the ethics of responsibility, and build the life world of the class and the healthy development for the young people.
