PISA視野下的浙江省初中科學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)考試分析與省思——基于13年浙江省科學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試試題

【摘要】:浙江省綜合科學(xué)課程是由自然科學(xué)發(fā)展至2002年正式成為國(guó)家綜合科學(xué)課程,因而選擇了自2002年以來(lái)的13年科學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試試題("中考"),以PISA2015科學(xué)評(píng)估框架中的分類(lèi)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行定量計(jì)分與定性分析。盡管PISA理念在各地市的試題中有不同程度的體現(xiàn),歷年試題分析在PISA2015"科學(xué)知識(shí)、科學(xué)情境、科學(xué)能力"三個(gè)維度的表現(xiàn):科學(xué)試題對(duì)科學(xué)情境關(guān)注欠缺,知識(shí)維度中"程序性知識(shí)"的重視不足,科學(xué)能力中的"設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)價(jià)科學(xué)探究"與"科學(xué)解釋數(shù)據(jù)與證據(jù)"不重視。論文進(jìn)而立足于教育部深化義務(wù)教育課程改革意見(jiàn)與浙江省深化義務(wù)教育課程改革的契機(jī),提出:基于科學(xué)核心素養(yǎng),建立明確的學(xué)業(yè)考試評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);加強(qiáng)科學(xué)工程實(shí)踐,關(guān)注學(xué)生實(shí)際問(wèn)題解決能力的提升;擴(kuò)大國(guó)際交流與學(xué)習(xí),以研究引領(lǐng)科學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試的改革。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive science course in Zhejiang Province was developed from natural science to 2002, and became the national comprehensive science course. Therefore, the 13 years science academic level examination question since 2002 ("the middle school examination") was selected, and the quantitative score and qualitative analysis were carried out with the classification index in the PISA2015 scientific evaluation framework. Although the concept of PISA is reflected in different degree in the examination questions of various cities and cities, the analysis of the test questions over the years shows the three dimensions of "scientific knowledge, scientific situation, and scientific ability": the scientific test questions pay less attention to the scientific situation. In the dimension of knowledge, "procedural knowledge" is not paid enough attention to, and "design and evaluation scientific inquiry" and "scientific interpretation of data and evidence" in scientific ability are not paid attention to. Then, based on the opinions of the Ministry of Education on deepening the compulsory education curriculum reform and the opportunity of deepening the compulsory education curriculum reform in Zhejiang Province, the paper puts forward the following points: establishing a clear evaluation standard of academic examination based on scientific core accomplishment, strengthening scientific engineering practice, Pay attention to the improvement of students' practical problem-solving ability; expand international communication and study to study and lead the reform of science academic proficiency examination.
