【摘要】:正校長,顧名思義,因?qū)W校而"生",因教育而"長"。一個(gè)校長的辦學(xué)實(shí)踐,從本質(zhì)上講,就是一個(gè)校長的"生長之路",即從率性而為的經(jīng)驗(yàn)型校長,生長為理性思考的專家型校長。我從1998年初任校長,至今經(jīng)歷了在北京市朝陽區(qū)金盞中學(xué)、北京市第十六中學(xué)以及中國建筑材料科學(xué)研究院附屬中學(xué)(以下簡稱"建院附中";后更名為北
[Abstract]:Principal, as the name implies, because of the school and "life", because of education and "long."
