【摘要】：教育督導(dǎo)是整個(gè)教育管理體系中非常重要的一環(huán),對(duì)于國家教育方針、政策的貫徹落實(shí),促進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)教育的質(zhì)量提高具有重要意義。在素質(zhì)教育已進(jìn)入"國家推進(jìn)、重點(diǎn)突破、全面展開"的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,學(xué)校督導(dǎo)評(píng)估改革已成為繼考試評(píng)價(jià)制度改革之后推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的又一突破口。但在現(xiàn)有的學(xué)校督導(dǎo)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系中,部分指標(biāo)陳舊,已難以適應(yīng)素質(zhì)教育推進(jìn)與學(xué)校發(fā)展的要求。文章審視當(dāng)前中小學(xué)校常規(guī)管理督導(dǎo)實(shí)踐中存在的主要問題,提出構(gòu)建以"八項(xiàng)指標(biāo)"為基本框架,以"四十查看"為主要內(nèi)容的中小學(xué)校常規(guī)管理督導(dǎo)內(nèi)容體系,以期在操作層面上對(duì)開展中小學(xué)校常規(guī)管理督導(dǎo)提供借鑒參考,助力中小學(xué)教育的改革與建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Educational supervision is a very important part of the whole educational management system, which is of great significance to the implementation of the national educational policy and policy, and to the improvement of the quality of basic education. In the critical period when quality education has entered the period of "national promotion, key breakthrough and all-round development", the reform of school supervision and evaluation has become another breakthrough in promoting quality education after the reform of examination and evaluation system. However, in the existing school supervision and evaluation index system, some of the indicators are old, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the promotion of quality education and the development of schools. This paper examines the main problems existing in the practice of routine management supervision in primary and secondary schools, and puts forward the construction of the content system of routine management supervision in primary and secondary schools, which takes "eight indicators" as the basic framework and "40 views" as the main content. In order to provide reference for the development of routine management supervision in primary and secondary schools in the operational level, to help the reform and construction of primary and secondary education.
