【摘要】：核心素養(yǎng)作為時(shí)代發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)、社會(huì)變革推動(dòng)與教育實(shí)踐與探索合力作用下的產(chǎn)物,涵蓋認(rèn)知性和非認(rèn)知性兩個(gè)方面的素養(yǎng)。核心素養(yǎng)具有內(nèi)隱性、情境性、跨領(lǐng)域性和生長(zhǎng)性等特性,傳統(tǒng)以紙筆測(cè)驗(yàn)為主、量化為基準(zhǔn)的評(píng)價(jià)模式難以配套學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展。只有理解核心素養(yǎng)的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,厘清教育評(píng)價(jià)的價(jià)值邏輯,才能有效地發(fā)揮評(píng)價(jià)的本體功能�；诤诵乃仞B(yǎng)的特性,應(yīng)制定二級(jí)學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)價(jià)因子,建立多元化反饋渠道,創(chuàng)新評(píng)價(jià)方式、方法,在真實(shí)情境場(chǎng)域中測(cè)評(píng)素養(yǎng)所涵蓋的內(nèi)容,通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)化的評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程全方位地監(jiān)督與反饋學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展,通過(guò)教育評(píng)價(jià)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的"標(biāo)桿"效應(yīng)引導(dǎo)我國(guó)核心素養(yǎng)課程改革與教學(xué)實(shí)踐的落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:As a result of the development of the times, the promotion of social change and the combination of educational practice and exploration, the core literacy covers both cognitive and non-cognitive aspects. The core literacy has the characteristics of recessive, situational, cross-domain and growth, etc. The traditional evaluation model based on paper and pen tests and quantification is difficult to support the development of students' core literacy. Only by understanding the essential connotation of the core accomplishment and clarifying the value logic of educational evaluation can the Noumenon function of evaluation be effectively brought into play. Based on the characteristics of core literacy, we should establish evaluation factors of secondary academic quality standards, establish multiple feedback channels, innovate evaluation methods, and evaluate the content covered by literacy in real situation field. Through the dynamic evaluation process to supervise and feedback the development of the students' core literacy, and to guide the reform of the core literacy curriculum and the implementation of the teaching practice through the "benchmarking" effect of the educational evaluation.
