新手型—專家型教師高中化學實驗教學比較研究

【摘要】:化學學科以實驗為基礎,因此,化學教學中的實驗教學就顯得尤為重要。新手型教師初出茅廬,在實驗教學中難免會存在一些不足;而專家型教師在這方面則多是得心應手。那么,兩類教師在化學實驗教學方面有哪些差異?專家型教師的實驗教學特點是什么,具有哪些優(yōu)勢?新手型教師應該如何改進自己的實驗教學?至今,有關這方面問題的研究很少。本研究的主要工作:①對中外化學實驗教學研究的發(fā)展進行追溯和反思,重點梳理國內外專家型—新手型教師比較的研究,對國內的有關研究成果進行專題概述。②對FIAS互動分析系統(tǒng)進行綜述,梳理對FIAS系統(tǒng)的改進研究。③問卷調查,比較不同教學方法下,學生的學習效果,以及學生對新手型和專家型教師的實驗教學評價。④運用課堂觀察法,選取典型課題,對新手型和專家型教師的化學實驗教學開展實證研究;并采用CCITIA分析系統(tǒng)對師生行為進行量化分析。⑤分析、歸納新手型和專家型教師的化學實驗教學特點,對新手型教師的實驗教學提出教學建議。⑥對新手型教師改進后的的實驗教學進行案例研究。通過上述工作發(fā)現(xiàn)專家型教師的實驗教學有如下特點:實驗態(tài)度更具嚴謹性;能夠機智地處理課堂生成;善于運用教材,改進實驗方法;能按照各個實驗的特點,對教學方法進行優(yōu)化;注重學生的體驗,善于指導學生自主建構;教學設計的邏輯性強,使實驗服務于教學。而新手型教師在這些方面會存在不足,但是他們的可塑性強,在聽取意見后,實驗教學進步很大。
[Abstract]:Chemistry is based on experiment, so the experiment teaching in chemistry teaching is very important.Novice teachers come out of rubric, and there are some shortcomings in experimental teaching, while expert teachers are more comfortable in this aspect.So, what are the differences between the two kinds of teachers in chemistry experiment teaching?What are the characteristics and advantages of experimental teaching for expert teachers?How should novice teachers improve their experimental teaching?So far, little research has been done on this issue.The main work of this study is to trace and reflect on the development of chemical experimental teaching research at home and abroad, focusing on the comparative study of experts and novice teachers at home and abroad.This paper gives a special summary of the domestic research achievements. 2 summarizes the FIAS interactive analysis system, combs the improvement of the FIAS system, surveys the questionnaire, and compares the students' learning effects under different teaching methods.As well as the students of novice and expert teachers of experimental teaching evaluation .4 the use of classroom observation method, select typical topics, the novice and expert teachers of chemical experimental teaching to carry out an empirical study;With the help of CCITIA analysis system, the behavior of teachers and students is analyzed quantitatively. 5. The characteristics of chemistry experiment teaching of novice and expert teachers are summarized.On the experimental teaching of novice teachers, 6. 6. Case study on the improved experimental teaching of novice teachers.Through the above work, it is found that the experimental teaching of expert teachers has the following characteristics: the experimental attitude is more rigorous, the ability to deal with classroom generation intelligently, good at using teaching materials, improving experimental methods, can according to the characteristics of each experiment,We should optimize the teaching method, pay attention to the students' experience, be good at guiding the students to construct on their own, and make the experiment serve the teaching because of the strong logic of the teaching design.The novice teachers have some shortcomings in these aspects, but their plasticity is strong. After listening to the opinions, the experimental teaching has made great progress.
