【摘要】：目的了解浦東新區(qū)中小學(xué)校傳染病防治工作現(xiàn)狀,探討中小學(xué)校傳染病防治的可能影響因素,為建立學(xué)校傳染病有效防控機(jī)制提供依據(jù)。方法對浦東新區(qū)368所中小學(xué)校傳染病防治情況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,包括傳染病防治組織機(jī)構(gòu)及相關(guān)制度建立、學(xué)校傳染病防控隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、傳染病防治相關(guān)工作開展情況、公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急事件處置等內(nèi)容。結(jié)果 368所中小學(xué)校在傳染病防治組織機(jī)構(gòu)和相關(guān)制度建立以及傳染病防治工作開展方面合格率均較高,專職衛(wèi)生保健人員所占比例則較低。368所中小學(xué)校中,2013-2015年間發(fā)生過傳染病的學(xué)校有297所(80.71%),共涉及病例4 326人;發(fā)生過傳染病聚集性事件的學(xué)校有129所(35.05%),共發(fā)生聚集性事件255起。衛(wèi)生潔具和室內(nèi)空氣消毒是否合格是中小學(xué)校公共衛(wèi)生應(yīng)急事件發(fā)生的可能因素。結(jié)論浦東新區(qū)中小學(xué)校傳染病防治工作整體開展情況良好,但在每日晨午檢和因病缺勤追蹤工作、傳染病防控隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面還存在一些不足,有待進(jìn)一步完善。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of infectious disease prevention and control in primary and secondary schools in Pudong New area, and to explore the possible influencing factors for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary and secondary schools.Methods Infectious disease prevention and control in 368 primary and middle schools in Pudong New area were investigated on the spot, including the establishment of infectious disease prevention organization and related system, the construction of school infectious disease prevention and control team, and the related work of infectious disease prevention and control.Public health emergency management and other content.Results 368 primary and middle schools had a higher qualified rate in the establishment of infectious disease control organization and related system and the development of infectious disease prevention and control work.The proportion of full-time health care personnel was lower than that in middle and primary schools. In 2013-2015, 297 schools had 80.71% infectious diseases, which involved 4,326 cases, and 129 schools had concentrated incidents of infectious diseases, with a total of 255 incidents.Sanitary ware and indoor air disinfection are the possible factors of public health emergency in primary and secondary schools.Conclusion the prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary and secondary schools in Pudong New area is in good condition, but there are still some deficiencies in the daily morning and noon inspection, the follow-up work of absence from work due to illness, the construction of infectious disease prevention and control team and so on, which need to be further improved.
