【摘要】：最近幾年,中學(xué)生違法犯罪率居高不下,給社會(huì)發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定造成了很大影響,也給人民群眾的人身和財(cái)產(chǎn)造成了巨大的損害,如何解決中學(xué)生違法犯罪問題,是擺在我國(guó)法治社會(huì)建設(shè)中的一個(gè)重要問題。中學(xué)生違法犯罪行為增多,這與中學(xué)生法制教育不到位有密切的關(guān)系。當(dāng)前,各個(gè)中學(xué)、社會(huì)、家長(zhǎng)等雖然已經(jīng)在一定層面上認(rèn)識(shí)了中學(xué)生法制教育的重要性,但是在思想上卻沒有真正地重視起中學(xué)生法制教育,導(dǎo)致中學(xué)生法制教育中還存在著不少問題。本文詳細(xì)分析了目前中學(xué)生法制教育中存在的問題,認(rèn)為在目前的中學(xué)生法制教育當(dāng)中,學(xué)校教育沒有發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的作用,家庭教育開展不到位,社會(huì)教育作用不突出,學(xué)校、家庭和社會(huì)之間,在中學(xué)生法制教育上沒有形成合力,社會(huì)上的一些不良思想和觀念,對(duì)中學(xué)生法制教育的效果起到了弱化的作用。要想解決這些問題,筆者認(rèn)為在中學(xué)生法制教育中應(yīng)該從學(xué)生自身、家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)事務(wù)的角度,構(gòu)建起完善的法制教育體系。從學(xué)生自身的角度來講,應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)自我約束、自我管理能力的培養(yǎng),學(xué)會(huì)自我管理和自我約束。從家庭的角度來講,要不斷提升家長(zhǎng)的素質(zhì)與能力,豐富家長(zhǎng)的法律知識(shí),掌握一定的法制教育方式方法,同時(shí)要為中學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)良好的家庭環(huán)境,科學(xué)地運(yùn)用說服教育、溝通教育等家庭教育方法。當(dāng)然,必須發(fā)揮學(xué)校教育的主體性作用,在這一方面應(yīng)該編制新的具有可讀性、趣味性的教材,在此基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)和完善教學(xué)方法,建立一支高水平的專業(yè)教師隊(duì)伍等;在社會(huì)教育方面,既要發(fā)揮媒體宣傳在法制教育上的作用,還要充分發(fā)揮政府及司法部門在社會(huì)教育中的作用,將法制教育作為相關(guān)司法部門的一項(xiàng)基本職能。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將學(xué)校、家庭和社會(huì)三者有效結(jié)合起來,不斷提高中學(xué)生法制教育水平,發(fā)揮中學(xué)生法制教育在預(yù)防和控制中學(xué)生犯罪中的作用。通過上述研究,希望能夠?qū)Ξ?dāng)前的中學(xué)生法制教育相關(guān)單位、部門提供一些幫助和啟示,使其從思想上重視起中學(xué)生法制教育,在此基礎(chǔ)上不斷提高中學(xué)生法制教育的實(shí)效性,更好地解決中學(xué)生違法犯罪問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the high crime rate of middle school students has had a great impact on social development and stability, and it has also caused great damage to the people's personal and property. How to solve the problem of middle school students' illegal crimes?It is an important problem in the construction of our country's legal society.The increase of middle school students' illegal and criminal behavior is closely related to the lack of legal education of middle school students.At present, each middle school, society, and parents have already recognized the importance of legal education for middle school students on a certain level, but they have not really attached importance to the legal education of middle school students in terms of ideology.There are still many problems in the legal education of middle school students.This paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the legal education of middle school students at present, and thinks that in the current legal education of middle school students, the school education has not played its due role, the family education has not been carried out in place, the social education role has not been prominent, the school has not played its due role.Between family and society, there is no resultant force in the legal education of middle school students, and some bad ideas and ideas in the society have played a weakening role in the effect of the legal education of middle school students.In order to solve these problems, the author thinks that in the legal education of middle school students, a perfect legal education system should be constructed from the perspectives of students themselves, families, schools and social affairs.From the point of view of students, we should strengthen self-discipline, cultivate self-management ability, and learn self-management and self-restraint.From the family point of view, we should constantly improve the quality and ability of parents, enrich their legal knowledge, master certain ways of legal education, and at the same time create a good family environment for the healthy growth of middle school students.Scientific use of persuasion education, communication education and other family education methods.Of course, we must give play to the subjective role of school education, in this respect, we should compile new readable and interesting teaching materials, on the basis of which we should improve and improve teaching methods and establish a high level of professional teachers;In the aspect of social education, we should not only give play to the role of media propaganda in legal education, but also give full play to the role of the government and the judiciary in social education, and regard legal education as a basic function of the relevant judicial departments.On this basis, combining school, family and society effectively, improving the level of legal education of middle school students, giving play to the role of legal education of middle school students in preventing and controlling the crime of middle school students.Through the above research, we hope to provide some help and enlightenment to the relevant units and departments of the current middle school students' legal education, so that they can attach great importance to the legal education of middle school students, and on this basis, we can continuously improve the effectiveness of the legal education of middle school students.Better solve the problem of middle school students committing crimes.
