功能性訓(xùn)練對(duì)中學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)影響效果的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代學(xué)校體育的不斷發(fā)展,特別是現(xiàn)代科研儀器的使用,學(xué)校體育教學(xué)一線的教師也不斷引入新的教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行教學(xué),在提高學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)效果方面不斷取得進(jìn)步。近些年來(lái),以功能性訓(xùn)練為代表的身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練受到各專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的關(guān)注,并在各專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中取得了較好的效果,運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)顯著提高。為提高中學(xué)生身體素質(zhì),豐富中學(xué)體育教學(xué)訓(xùn)練理論,將功能性訓(xùn)練方法引入中學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、專家訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等方法研究功能性訓(xùn)練對(duì)普通中學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的影響,以期為普通中學(xué)生教學(xué)在提高學(xué)生身體各項(xiàng)素質(zhì)及高質(zhì)量完成各種運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)作提供一定的參考與借鑒。研究結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)10周的訓(xùn)練,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組受試者各身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,2組實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象都較實(shí)驗(yàn)前有不同程度的提高,實(shí)驗(yàn)組受試者身體素質(zhì)的提高效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在坐位體前屈、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、前拋實(shí)心球等三項(xiàng)成績(jī)都明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,功能性訓(xùn)練能夠促進(jìn)中學(xué)生的力量素質(zhì)、柔韌素質(zhì)和速度素質(zhì)的提高,提高中學(xué)生的運(yùn)動(dòng)能力,對(duì)身體素質(zhì)影響的效果顯著,是一項(xiàng)比較簡(jiǎn)單易行的訓(xùn)練手段。對(duì)照組經(jīng)課外活動(dòng)后,只有坐位體前屈的提高幅度最大,而實(shí)驗(yàn)組通過(guò)10周功能性訓(xùn)練后,受試者坐位體前屈、立定跳遠(yuǎn)與前拋實(shí)心球的成績(jī)提升幅度都很明顯,對(duì)50米跑以及15米折返跑成績(jī)也有影響。在測(cè)試的5項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)中,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組受試者坐位體前屈增幅差值最大,其他4項(xiàng)的增幅差值顯著。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern school physical education, especially the use of modern scientific research instruments, teachers in school physical education teaching line are also constantly introducing new teaching methods to carry out teaching. In recent years, the physical fitness training represented by functional training has attracted the attention of various professional sports teams, and has achieved good results in the practice of professional sports teams. In order to improve the physical fitness of middle school students and enrich the theory of physical education training in middle school, it is of practical significance to introduce the functional training method into the physical fitness training of middle school students. The effects of functional training on the physical quality of middle school students were studied by mathematical statistics. The purpose of this study is to provide some reference and reference for the teaching of ordinary middle school students in improving their physical quality and completing various sports movements with high quality. The results of the study show that: after 10 weeks of training, Statistical analysis on the indexes of body quality of the subjects in the experimental group and the control group. The subjects in the two groups were improved in different degrees than before. The effect of the improvement of the body quality of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group, and the experimental group was flexion in the sitting position. The results show that functional training can improve the strength, flexibility and speed of middle school students and improve their sports ability. After extracurricular activities, the improvement of body flexion in the control group was the largest, while in the experimental group, after 10 weeks of functional training, the subjects were flexion in the sitting position. The results of standing long jump and throwing solid ball were obviously improved, which also affected the results of 50m race and 15m reentry race. Among the 5 items of physical quality tested, the difference between the experimental group and the control group was the biggest in the increase of body flexion in sitting position. The other four items showed significant margin of increase.
