【摘要】：教育的終極目標(biāo)是促進(jìn)人全面而和諧的發(fā)展。學(xué)校德育是學(xué)校教育的主要內(nèi)容,也是新時(shí)期貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀主要內(nèi)容的重要載體�！绑w驗(yàn)式德育”作為一種新的德育模式,改變以往道德教育“授受式”的強(qiáng)制灌輸和死記硬背,教育者通過(guò)教育情境問(wèn)題的創(chuàng)設(shè)或活動(dòng)組織的開(kāi)展,教育者在切身體驗(yàn)中領(lǐng)悟和反思,將獲得的認(rèn)知內(nèi)省并通過(guò)行為外現(xiàn),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)認(rèn)知、情感、道德和行為的和諧統(tǒng)一,已成為德育理論研究中的一個(gè)新視點(diǎn)。本研究是以甘肅省積石山縣田家炳中學(xué)為例的個(gè)案研究,采用訪談、案例分析、實(shí)物分析等方法對(duì)積石山縣田家炳中學(xué)體驗(yàn)式德育校本課程的開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究。其中,訪談主要是針對(duì)學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校管理者和學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)四個(gè)群體22名人員進(jìn)行相關(guān)訪談,了解課程開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題。同時(shí),研究者還對(duì)活動(dòng)中的實(shí)錄教學(xué)案例的音、視頻,典型的課堂案例以及收集到的活動(dòng)實(shí)施方案、活動(dòng)計(jì)劃書(shū)、活動(dòng)過(guò)程中錄制的相關(guān)視頻、照片及學(xué)生書(shū)寫(xiě)的體驗(yàn)反思和感想等案例和文本進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)體驗(yàn)式德育校本課程在開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)踐中存在的問(wèn)題,即實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)過(guò)程中注重主體的參與,而輕視學(xué)生的情感認(rèn)同;重視活動(dòng)形式,而輕視體驗(yàn)實(shí)質(zhì)以及教學(xué)體驗(yàn)情境創(chuàng)設(shè)不完善等問(wèn)題。因此,為改變體驗(yàn)式德育校本課程開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)施中存在的問(wèn)題,本研究力圖從課程實(shí)踐層面出發(fā),針對(duì)問(wèn)題,嘗試性地提出以下改進(jìn)策略與建議:課程開(kāi)發(fā)需要把握協(xié)調(diào)性、生活性、多樣性和開(kāi)放性等科學(xué)性的原則;健全課程實(shí)施的評(píng)價(jià)體系;提升教師體驗(yàn)式教學(xué)的能力;建構(gòu)社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng);樹(shù)立“課程成本”意識(shí),才能更好地發(fā)揮學(xué)校德育的育人效能。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of education is to promote the all-round and harmonious development of human beings. It is also an important carrier to carry out the main contents of the national socialist core values in the new period. As a new mode of moral education, "experiential moral education", as a new mode of moral education, changes the mandatory indoctrination and rote memorization of moral education in the past. Educators, through the creation of educational situation problems or the organization of activities, comprehend and reflect on the personal experience of educators, and realize the harmonious unity of cognition, emotion, morality and behavior through the introspection of the acquired cognition and the appearance of behavior. This study is a case study of Tianjiabing Middle School in Jishi Mountain County, Gansu Province. Physical analysis and other methods are used to study the current situation of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of experiential moral education in Tianjiabing Middle School in Jishi County. Among them, interviews are mainly aimed at students and teachers. School administrators and 22 students from four groups of parents were interviewed to understand the current situation and problems of curriculum development and implementation. At the same time, the researchers also recorded the audio and video of teaching cases in the activities. Typical classroom cases and collected activity implementation plans, activity plans, related videos recorded during the activities, photographs, experience reflections and feelings written by students, and other cases and texts are analyzed. Find out the problems existing in the development and practice of the school-based curriculum of experiential moral education, that is, pay attention to the participation of the main body in the process of practical experience, but despise the emotional identity of the students, attach importance to the form of activities, Therefore, in order to change the problems existing in the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of experiential moral education, this study tries to set out from the practical level of the curriculum, aiming at the problems. The following improvement strategies and suggestions are put forward in an attempt: curriculum development needs to grasp the scientific principles of coordination, life, diversity and openness, perfect the evaluation system of curriculum implementation, enhance teachers' ability of experiential teaching; Only by constructing the social support system and establishing the consciousness of "curriculum cost" can the educational efficiency of moral education in schools be better brought into play.
