21世紀(jì)以來法國基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革及其啟示

【摘要】:知識經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化對人才培養(yǎng)的需要、世界基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的浪潮、基礎(chǔ)教育質(zhì)量下降、政府重視基礎(chǔ)教育改革以及歐盟教育政策等,已成為推動法國21世紀(jì)以來基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的動力。21世紀(jì)以來法國基礎(chǔ)教育課程:在課程理念上,堅(jiān)持促進(jìn)平等、面向全體學(xué)生;在課程目標(biāo)上,注重能力培養(yǎng)、促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展;在課程內(nèi)容上,與時俱進(jìn),強(qiáng)調(diào)同世界接軌;在課程設(shè)置上,走向優(yōu)化,逐步完善;在課程管理上,調(diào)整課時,繼續(xù)下放權(quán)力;在課程評價上,調(diào)整評價對象重視形成性測驗(yàn);在師資建設(shè)上,明確教師能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完善教師培訓(xùn)。法國在其基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的過程中也存在著若干問題,表現(xiàn)為政治體制影響課程改革的連貫性、理想化的課程改革遭遇現(xiàn)實(shí)困境、大量移民涌入帶來新的教育問題、學(xué)業(yè)失敗尚未解決、教育公平依舊遙遠(yuǎn)。法國基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)啟示我們要推動課程方案的民主化和法制化建設(shè);靈活設(shè)置課程,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的個性化發(fā)展;提升教師素質(zhì),形成師資培訓(xùn)體系;多管齊下,落實(shí)基礎(chǔ)教育公平。
[Abstract]:The need of the globalization of knowledge economy for the cultivation of talents, the tide of the reform of the basic education curriculum in the world, the decline of the quality of the basic education, the importance attached by the government to the reform of the basic education and the educational. Has become the driving force for the reform of the basic education curriculum since 21th century in France. Since the 21st century, the basic education curriculum in France has persisted in promoting equality and facing all students in the concept of curriculum, and in the objectives of the curriculum, it has focused on the development of competence. To promote the development of students; to keep pace with the times in the content of the curriculum, to emphasize the integration with the world; to optimize and improve the curriculum design; to adjust the class hours in the course management; to continue to devolve power; to evaluate the curriculum; In the construction of teachers, it is necessary to clarify the standards of teachers' ability and improve teacher training. There are also some problems in the course of curriculum reform of basic education in France. The political system affects the continuity of curriculum reform, the idealized curriculum reform encounters real difficulties, the influx of immigrants brings new educational problems, and academic failure remains unresolved. The experiences and lessons of the basic education curriculum reform in France suggest us to promote the democratization and legalization of the curriculum scheme, to set up the curriculum flexibly, to promote the individualized development of the students, to improve the quality of the teachers, Form a teacher training system; multi-pronged approach to the implementation of basic education equity.
