【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,競爭能力和合作意識日漸成為社會對個體的基本要求,因而在初中課堂教學(xué)中更需要采用小組合作教學(xué)模式,讓學(xué)生在競爭中學(xué)會合作,在合作中共同提高進(jìn)步。論文探討河南省W縣L校小組合作教學(xué)模式的特點,從小組組建到課堂教學(xué)應(yīng)用以及學(xué)校管理等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。因小組建設(shè)是關(guān)鍵,所以對小組的組建工作介紹的比較詳細(xì),同時結(jié)合語文教學(xué)的特點,論述小組合作學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)模式下的班級管理及學(xué)校管理。當(dāng)前課程改革的主要目的是讓學(xué)生積極參與,提高課堂教學(xué)效率,語文小組合作教學(xué)模式有助于提高課堂效率。小組合作教學(xué)一般包括小組合作的教和小組合作的學(xué)兩個方面,本文兼顧這兩方面。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),采用小組合作的方式組織起來的教與學(xué)的效果顯著,小組合作教學(xué)模式下學(xué)生的成績優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)。全文共分四個部分,主要內(nèi)容如下:緒論,介紹選題緣由,以W縣L校小組合作教學(xué)的實際開展情況,結(jié)合自身經(jīng)歷與內(nèi)省,交代了本文寫作目的。第一章,重點介紹小組的組建工作,小組組建的重要性,需要注意的問題,以及組建的方式,小組合作教學(xué)模式下的班級管理與學(xué)校管理,使小組小集體、班級大集體、學(xué)校管理有機融合,形成嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)規(guī)范的系統(tǒng)。第二章,主要對W縣L校小組合作教學(xué)模式進(jìn)行闡述,并總結(jié)成效與不足。第三章,介紹高效語文課堂合作學(xué)習(xí)模式的構(gòu)建情況,并闡述小組合作教學(xué)模式在語文課堂的實施運用。第四章,闡述語文小組合作教學(xué)模式的價值、注意事項及推廣問題。本論文試圖把理論和實踐結(jié)合起來,系統(tǒng)論述新課程改革背景下的初中語文合作教學(xué)的有效模式,以期為義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)校的語文課程改革增磚添瓦。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the ability of competition and the consciousness of cooperation are becoming the basic requirements of the society. Therefore, in the classroom teaching of junior high school, it is even more necessary to adopt the mode of group cooperative teaching, so that students can learn to cooperate in the competition. This paper discusses the characteristics of the cooperative teaching mode of L school in W County, Henan Province, and makes a systematic analysis from group formation to classroom teaching application and school management. Therefore, the introduction to the formation of the group is more detailed, at the same time, combined with the characteristics of Chinese teaching, this paper discusses the class management and school management under the group cooperative learning teaching mode. The main purpose of the current curriculum reform is to let the students participate actively. To improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, the cooperative teaching mode of Chinese group is helpful to the improvement of classroom efficiency. Group cooperative teaching generally includes two aspects: group cooperation teaching and group cooperation learning, which are taken into account in this paper. The effect of teaching and learning organized by group cooperation is remarkable. The results of group cooperative teaching are better than that of traditional teaching. The paper is divided into four parts: introduction, introduction, reasons for selecting topics, Based on the actual situation of cooperative teaching in L school in W County, combined with its own experience and introspection, this paper explains the purpose of this paper. Chapter one, it focuses on the work of group formation, the importance of group formation, and the problems needing attention. As well as the way of formation, class management and school management under the cooperative teaching mode, so that small group group, large class collective and school management can be integrated organically to form a rigorous and standardized system. This paper mainly expounds the cooperative teaching mode of L school group in W County, and summarizes the results and shortcomings. Chapter three introduces the construction of cooperative learning model in high-efficiency Chinese classroom. The paper also expounds the application of group cooperative teaching mode in Chinese classroom. 4th chapter, expounds the value, matters needing attention and popularization of Chinese group cooperative teaching mode. This paper attempts to combine theory with practice. This paper systematically discusses the effective mode of cooperative teaching of Chinese in junior middle school under the background of the new curriculum reform in order to add bricks to the reform of Chinese curriculum in the compulsory education stage.
