文理不分科背景下高考科目設(shè)置改革實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:文理不分科背景下高考科目設(shè)置方案實(shí)施研究是一項(xiàng)理論性、實(shí)踐性、現(xiàn)實(shí)性和政策性都很強(qiáng)的研究課題,不僅關(guān)系到國(guó)家社會(huì)的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定,也與學(xué)生、教師、中學(xué)、高校等多方主體的現(xiàn)實(shí)利益密切聯(lián)系,而且其實(shí)施的狀況直接牽動(dòng)著整個(gè)教育體系。本論文第一部分為恢復(fù)高考以來(lái),文理分科及高考科目設(shè)置的歷史演變。首先梳理了恢復(fù)高考以來(lái)文理分科的高考科目設(shè)置的四種典型模式,分別是高考“文六理七”科目設(shè)置模式、會(huì)考基礎(chǔ)上的高考“3+2”科目設(shè)置模式、高考“3+X”科目設(shè)置模式和新課程背景下高考科目設(shè)置模式。然后,分析了文理不分科存在的主要問(wèn)題和文理不分科的可行性與必要性。最后,探討了文理不分科和高考科目設(shè)置的關(guān)系。第二部分為文理不分科背景下高考科目設(shè)置方案及試點(diǎn)方案的研究。呈現(xiàn)和分析了新高考科目設(shè)置方案和上海市、浙江省兩個(gè)試點(diǎn)省份的高考科目設(shè)置實(shí)施方案。探討了文理不分科背景下高考科目設(shè)置方案擴(kuò)大高校和學(xué)生雙向選擇權(quán)、由單一評(píng)價(jià)向綜合評(píng)價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)變以及高考與基礎(chǔ)教育、高等教育改革發(fā)展對(duì)接更為緊密等三個(gè)積極作用。進(jìn)而總結(jié)了文理不分科背景下高考科目設(shè)置方案實(shí)施中面臨的如何科學(xué)劃分高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試的等級(jí)和如何避免學(xué)生選擇科目的功利性?xún)A向兩個(gè)問(wèn)題。第三部分為國(guó)外文理不分科背景下大學(xué)入學(xué)考試科目設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀和啟示。探索了美國(guó)ACT和SAT科目設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀以及德國(guó)、英國(guó)大學(xué)入學(xué)考試科目設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀。繼而,得出了國(guó)外文理不分科背景下大學(xué)入學(xué)考試的科目設(shè)置對(duì)于我國(guó)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試的等級(jí)劃分和避免學(xué)生功利選擇科目的啟示。第四部分為文理不分科背景下高考科目設(shè)置方案的實(shí)施。本部分從學(xué)生、中學(xué)和高校三個(gè)主體出發(fā),尋求了適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的實(shí)施辦法。中學(xué)生要正確選擇適合自己的考試科目,為此,要樹(shù)立正確的科目選擇觀念和增強(qiáng)自主選擇科目的能力;中學(xué)要積極應(yīng)對(duì)高考科目設(shè)置改革帶來(lái)的變化,全面轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)方式,要及時(shí)合理調(diào)整教學(xué)組織形式,科學(xué)配置師資力量和正確指導(dǎo)學(xué)生選擇適合的科目;高校要按照大學(xué)的定位和目標(biāo)確定選考科目的范圍,不僅不同層次的高校要提出相應(yīng)的選考科目范圍,不同專(zhuān)業(yè)群類(lèi)也要提出合適的選考科目范圍。最后,本研究綜合文理不分科和高考科目設(shè)置兩大教育體系的熱點(diǎn)和焦點(diǎn),嘗試對(duì)我國(guó)文理不分科背景下高考科目設(shè)置方案的實(shí)施提供一些政策性建議。
[Abstract]:The study on the implementation of the subject setting scheme of the college entrance examination under the background of no division of arts and sciences is a research subject with strong theoretical, practical, realistic and policy-oriented aspects. It is not only related to the development and stability of the national society, but also to students, teachers, and middle schools. The realistic interests of various subjects, such as colleges and universities, are closely related, and the status of their implementation directly affects the whole education system. The first part of this paper is to restore the college entrance examination. The historical evolution of the subject setting of the College entrance examination and the division of arts and science. Firstly, this paper combs the four typical models of the course setting of the college entrance examination since the restoration of the division of arts and science, which are the "six sciences" course setting mode of the college entrance examination. On the basis of the HKCEE, the "3.2" course setup mode, the "3X" subject setup mode and the subject setup mode under the background of the new curriculum in the college entrance examination. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the division of arts and sciences, and the feasibility and necessity of the division of science and art. This paper probes into the relationship between the subject setting of the college entrance examination and the subject setting of the college entrance examination. The second part is the study of the course setting plan and the pilot program of the college entrance examination under the background of the non-division of the subject of arts and science. The new program of setting the subject for the college entrance examination and Shanghai City are presented and analyzed. This paper discusses the implementation scheme of college entrance examination subject setup in two pilot provinces of Zhejiang Province. This paper discusses how to expand the choice of college entrance examination course and students' two-way choice, from single evaluation to comprehensive evaluation, and to the transformation of college entrance examination and basic education under the background of no separate subjects in arts and science. Three positive roles of the reform and development of higher education are connected more closely. Then, this paper summarizes how to scientifically divide the grades of the senior high school academic level examination and how to avoid it in the implementation of the course setting scheme of the college entrance examination under the background of no division of arts and sciences. The third part is about the present situation and enlightenment of the course setting of college entrance examination under the background of non-division of arts and science in foreign countries. This part explores the present situation of ACT and SAT courses in the United States and Germany. The status of the subject set for the university entrance examination in the UK. This paper draws the enlightenment of setting up the subjects of college entrance examination under the background of no division of arts and sciences in foreign countries for the classification of grades of academic level examination and avoiding students' utilitarian choice of subjects in our country. Part 4th is the subject of college entrance examination under the background of no division of arts and science. The implementation of the program. This section is based on students, The middle school and the university three main body set out, has sought the suitable our country national condition implementation method, the middle school student should choose the examination subject which suits oneself correctly, therefore, must establish the correct subject choice idea and strengthens the independent choice subject ability; The middle school should actively respond to the changes brought about by the reform of the subject setup of the college entrance examination, change the teaching method in an all-round way, adjust the form of teaching organization in a timely and reasonable manner, scientifically allocate teachers and correctly guide students to choose suitable subjects; Colleges and universities should determine the scope of the selected subjects according to the orientation and objectives of the universities. Not only should different levels of colleges and universities put forward the corresponding scope of the selected subjects, but different professional groups should also put forward the appropriate scope of the selected subjects. Finally, In this paper, the author tries to provide some policy suggestions for the implementation of the course setting scheme of the college entrance examination under the background of the non-division of arts and science in China, which is the focus and focus of the two educational systems: the non-division of arts and science and the setting up of the subjects of the college entrance examination.
