中學(xué)生道德知行脫節(jié)的表現(xiàn)及其對策研究

【摘要】:未成年人是祖國的未來,民族的希望,他們的思想道德狀況直接關(guān)系到中華民族的整體素質(zhì)和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)!吨泄仓醒雵鴦(wù)院關(guān)于進一步加強和改進未成年人思想道德建設(shè)的若干意見》中指出:“加強和改進未成年人的思想道德建設(shè)要堅持知與行相統(tǒng)一的原則,既要重視課堂教育,更要注重實踐教育、體驗教育、養(yǎng)成教育!钡,當前中學(xué)致力于智力教育,卻忽視了道德教育;過分注重課堂教育,卻忽視了實踐教育。再加上受道德本身“知易行難”的特性、家庭、社會以及中學(xué)生自身等因素的影響,在中學(xué)生中存在著一定程度的道德知行脫節(jié)的現(xiàn)象,這引起了學(xué)校、家庭、社會的共同擔(dān)憂。因此,本文對中學(xué)生道德知行脫節(jié)的表現(xiàn)、原因及其對策進行了系統(tǒng)研究。本文遵循“提出問題——分析問題——解決問題”的這個思路,分三個部分循序漸進來加以闡述。第一部分對促進中學(xué)生道德知行統(tǒng)一的必要性進行了分析,這是本文研究的起點。促進中學(xué)生道德知行統(tǒng)一不論是對中學(xué)生成長成才,提高中學(xué)德育實效性,還是社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)都發(fā)揮著重要作用。第二部分通過問卷調(diào)查以及對中學(xué)生日常言行的觀察從而對中學(xué)生道德知行脫節(jié)的主要表現(xiàn)作了歸類,中學(xué)生中主要存在知而不行、知而不完全行、知而己不行而要求他行、知而逆行這幾種道德知行脫節(jié)的現(xiàn)象。然后,從道德本身、中學(xué)生自身、學(xué)校、家庭、社會等方面入手,對中學(xué)生道德知行脫節(jié)的原因進行了仔細深入的分析。第三部分提出了促進中學(xué)生道德知行統(tǒng)一的具體對策,這是本文的重點部分。參照中學(xué)生道德知行脫節(jié)的主要表現(xiàn)及原因分析,可以得出:促進中學(xué)生道德知行統(tǒng)一需要改進學(xué)校德育,創(chuàng)建良好的校風(fēng);加強家庭德育,樹立良好的家風(fēng);凈化社會風(fēng)氣,營造良好的社會道德環(huán)境;但是,最終還是需要中學(xué)生發(fā)揮主觀能動性,自覺進行道德內(nèi)化,中學(xué)生的道德認知和道德行為才可能達到高度統(tǒng)一。

"but at present, the middle schools are devoting themselves to intellectual education, but they have neglected moral education; they have paid too much attention to classroom education," he said. But neglected the practical education. In addition, because of the characteristics of morality itself, such as family, society and middle school students themselves, there is a certain degree of disconnect between moral knowledge and behavior among middle school students, which leads to the school. Therefore, this paper makes a systematic study on the performance, causes and countermeasures of the disconnection between moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students. This paper follows the idea of "putting forward problems-analyzing problems-solving problems". The first part analyzes the necessity of promoting the unity of middle school students' moral knowledge and behavior, which is the starting point of this study. To improve the effectiveness of moral education in middle schools or to build socialism plays an important role. The second part classifies the main performance of middle school students' moral knowledge and behavior disconnect by questionnaire survey and observation of daily words and deeds of middle school students. Among middle school students, there are mainly phenomena of disconnection between knowledge and practice, between knowledge and imperfection, between knowledge and self, and by asking them to do so. Then, starting from the aspects of morality itself, middle school students themselves, schools, families, society, etc. In the third part, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures to promote the unity of moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students. This is the key part of this paper. Referring to the main manifestation and reason of the disconnection between moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students, it can be concluded that to promote the unity of moral knowledge and behavior of middle school students, we need to improve school moral education, create a good school spirit, and strengthen the family moral education. Setting up a good family style, purifying the social atmosphere and creating a good social and moral environment; however, in the end, it is still necessary for middle school students to exert their subjective initiative and consciously carry out moral internalization. The moral cognition and moral behavior of middle school students can achieve a high degree of unity.
