【摘要】：本文通過(guò)探討國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)語(yǔ)言能力的界定和解讀國(guó)內(nèi)外外語(yǔ)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn),辯證分析其適用性和局限性,嘗試性地提出了生態(tài)語(yǔ)言學(xué)視角下外語(yǔ)能力及兒童外語(yǔ)能力的構(gòu)件、屬性及其應(yīng)用價(jià)值。兒童外語(yǔ)能力包含外語(yǔ)知識(shí)與技能、外語(yǔ)交際能力和跨文化交際能力三大構(gòu)件,是涵蓋知識(shí)、技能、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識(shí)的服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)能力和語(yǔ)言生存智能。在實(shí)施新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)有效運(yùn)用兒童外語(yǔ)能力中蘊(yùn)含的雙語(yǔ)潛勢(shì)性、雙語(yǔ)技能的整合性、雙語(yǔ)文化自覺(jué)性、兒童學(xué)習(xí)者與環(huán)境要素的動(dòng)允性、服務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)踐性、語(yǔ)言生存智能的可持續(xù)性有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)外語(yǔ)教育社區(qū)化,推進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)外語(yǔ)素質(zhì)教育,快速培養(yǎng)具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的外語(yǔ)人才。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the definition and interpretation of foreign language competence by scholars at home and abroad, dialectically analyzes its applicability and limitations, and tries to put forward the components of foreign language competence and children's foreign language competence from the perspective of ecolinguistics. Children's foreign language competence includes foreign language knowledge and skills, foreign language communicative competence and intercultural communication competence, which cover knowledge, skills, and emotional attitude. The service learning ability and language survival intelligence of learning strategies and cultural consciousness. In implementing the new curriculum standards, the bilingual potential contained in children's foreign language ability, the integration of bilingual skills, and the consciousness of bilingual culture are used effectively. The dynamic acceptance of children's learners and environment elements, the practicality of service learning, and the sustainability of language survival intelligence can help to realize the community of foreign language education and promote the quality education of basic foreign languages. Develop foreign language talents with the ability of sustainable development.
