優(yōu)化高中政治教學(xué)的“同課異構(gòu)”研究

【摘要】:新課程強(qiáng)調(diào)“以人為本”的教學(xué)理念,其主要任務(wù)之一是促進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,提倡自主,探究與合作的學(xué)習(xí)方式,促進(jìn)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和實(shí)踐能力的發(fā)展。面對(duì)不同的教育對(duì)象,受教育者間存在的個(gè)性差異,教師要因材施教、因地制宜,采取不同的教學(xué)方法!巴n異構(gòu)”是在新課程背景下產(chǎn)生的一種嶄新的教學(xué)活動(dòng)形式。簡(jiǎn)單而言,“同課異構(gòu)”就是對(duì)于特定相似的教學(xué)內(nèi)容由一位或多位教師進(jìn)行備課、講授。教師對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)方法的多元性通過“同課異構(gòu)”的方式進(jìn)行展現(xiàn),然后通過交流、比較、反思,為教師們提供不同的、可供選擇的參照系,為教師間搭建起對(duì)話的平臺(tái),學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)和發(fā)展的平臺(tái)。近幾年興起的“同課異構(gòu)”教學(xué)活動(dòng)方式,因其較好地反映了教師們對(duì)相似教材內(nèi)容的不同處理,不同教學(xué)策略所產(chǎn)生的不同教學(xué)效果,有效地促進(jìn)教師教學(xué)水平的提高,課堂教學(xué)效果的優(yōu)化而得到認(rèn)可和推廣。本研究堅(jiān)持理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的原則,立足于上海市七寶中學(xué)政治教學(xué)實(shí)踐,試圖探求通過“同課異構(gòu)”案例研究達(dá)到優(yōu)化高中政治教學(xué)的作用。本論文分五個(gè)部分:第一部分首先介紹了研究的背景與緣起,明確了研究的問題和意義,以及所選擇的研究方法;第二部分在廣泛參考他人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)“同課異構(gòu)”、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、思想政治學(xué)科教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和案例分析等論文的核心概念以及相關(guān)理論研究進(jìn)行了深入探討,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析;第三部分就“同課異構(gòu)”的指導(dǎo)思想作較為詳細(xì)的分析,主要體現(xiàn)以高中學(xué)生為主體、以高中政治教師為主導(dǎo)、高中政治教學(xué)目標(biāo)具體化和高中政治教學(xué)內(nèi)容問題化四方面;第四部分為論文的核心部分,從目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)、評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)過程設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果四方面入手,對(duì)筆者的兩個(gè)“同課異構(gòu)”案例進(jìn)行具體的分析研究;第五部分在前文的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出了以下四點(diǎn)反思與啟示:1.高中政治教學(xué)內(nèi)容要與時(shí)俱進(jìn);2.高中政治教學(xué)方法要多樣化;3.高中政治教學(xué)目標(biāo)要切合實(shí)效;4.高中政治教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)要落實(shí)到位。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum emphasizes the "people-oriented" concept of teaching, one of the main tasks is to promote the transformation of students' way of learning to promote autonomous, inquiry and cooperative learning method, to promote the development of students' innovation consciousness and practical ability. In the face of different education object, the education between the individual differences, teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, to take different teaching methods. "The heterogeneous classes" is a new form of teaching activities in the background of the new curriculum. In simple terms, "heterogeneous" is similar to the specific content for teaching by one or more teachers preparing lessons, teaching. Teachers on the teaching content, teaching idea, method of multiple through the "heterogeneous" way to show, and then through the communication, comparison, reflection, provide different teachers, choice of reference for teachers to build up a dialogue between The platform, platform and platform for the development of learning. In recent years the rise of "the heterogeneous classes" teaching activities, because of its better reflect the teachers of different similar teaching contents, produced by different teaching strategies in different teaching effect, effectively promote teachers' teaching level enhancement, optimization of classroom teaching effect and get recognition and promotion. This research adheres to the principle of combining theory and practice, based on the political teaching in the Shanghai Qibao middle school, trying to explore the "heterogeneous" case study to optimize the high school politics teaching role. This thesis is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the background and origin of the clearly, the problem and the significance of the study, and the research methods chosen; the second part is based on the extensive reference to others' research results, the design of "the heterogeneous classes", the teaching of Ideological and Political Course Teaching design and case analysis of the core concepts and related theory researches are discussed, and related to the domestic and foreign research status and trend analysis; the third part is the guiding ideology of "the heterogeneous classes" for more detailed analysis, mainly reflected in the high middle school students as the main body, the high school politics teacher led high school politics teaching, problem specific and high school politics teaching content in four aspects; the fourth part is the core part of the paper, from the target design, evaluation design, teaching process design and evaluation results of the four aspects, the author of the two "heterogeneous" case specific analysis; in the fifth part. On the basis of the following four points: the content summary of reflection and Inspiration of 1. high school politics teaching should keep pace with the times; 2. high school political teaching methods should be diversified; 3. high school political teaching goal To meet the actual effect; 4. the high school political teaching evaluation should be put in place.
