初中英語教材《Go for it!》新舊版比較研究

【摘要】:我國英語教材研究起步較晚,在過去幾十年中人民教育出版社出版的英語教材一直是我國英語教育的統(tǒng)編教材,成為我國英語教材的主流。本研究以2002年和2012年該社出版的《Go for it!》七年級上冊課本(簡稱“七上”)作為研究對象,一方面,運(yùn)用歸納法和分析法對新舊版七(上)教材概況、編排結(jié)構(gòu)、教材內(nèi)容進(jìn)行靜態(tài)對比分析;另一方面運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行動態(tài)調(diào)查。調(diào)查對象為正在使用新版七(上)教材的河南省湯陰縣兩所初級中學(xué)的教師和學(xué)生。參考Grant量表的內(nèi)容,調(diào)查兩所學(xué)校的師生使用新版教材的情況,然后使用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法進(jìn)行分析。通過動靜結(jié)合的方式全面了解新版教材的特點(diǎn)、優(yōu)勢和不足,并反思教材使用中出現(xiàn)的一些問題。本研究的結(jié)論是:新版七(上)不僅繼承了舊版該冊教材的許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且呈現(xiàn)出一些新的特色:頁面精美、內(nèi)容優(yōu)化;話題銜接緊湊;知識體系完善;結(jié)構(gòu)精干;語法、閱讀、寫作版塊設(shè)計更科學(xué);文章篇幅、知識難度和容量適中;有利于學(xué)生自主性學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)等。其不足之處在于:封皮質(zhì)量不高;對教師專業(yè)素質(zhì)要求高,不利于教師節(jié)省備課時間;教材間知識銜接梯度略大等。本研究從加強(qiáng)教師培訓(xùn)、加強(qiáng)校內(nèi)教材研究方面為新版教材七年級上冊的使用提出一些建議,并從教材質(zhì)量、教材銜接、教材立體化開發(fā)等方面提出參考性的修訂建議。希望本文所給出的一些使用和修訂建議能夠促進(jìn)我國英語教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The study of English teaching materials in China started relatively late. In the past decades, the English textbooks published by the people's Education Publishing House have been the integral compilation of English teaching materials in China. This study is based on the publication of "go for it" in 2002 and 2012. On the one hand, we use inductive method and analysis method to analyze the general situation, arrangement structure and content of the new and old textbooks. On the other hand, using the method of questionnaire to carry out the dynamic investigation. The subjects are teachers and students of two junior middle schools in Tangyin County, Henan Province, who are using the new edition of the seventh (first) textbook. Reference is made to the contents of the Grant scale. To investigate the use of the new edition of textbooks by teachers and students in the two schools, and then to use the method of data statistics to analyze the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the new edition of textbooks by means of a combination of static and dynamic. The conclusions of this study are as follows: the new edition not only inherits many advantages of the old edition of the textbook, but also presents some new features: exquisite page, optimized content, compact topic convergence; Knowledge system is perfect, structure is lean, grammar, reading and writing are designed more scientifically, the length, difficulty and capacity of the article are moderate, which is beneficial to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and so on. This study puts forward some suggestions for the use of the new edition of the first edition of the seventh grade textbook from the aspects of strengthening teacher training and strengthening the study of school teaching materials from the aspects of strengthening teachers' training and strengthening the study of teaching materials in schools, because it is not conducive to saving time for teachers to prepare lessons, and the gradient of knowledge convergence between textbooks is slightly greater. The author also puts forward some suggestions for revision from the aspects of the quality of teaching materials, the cohesion of teaching materials, the three-dimensional development of textbooks, etc. It is hoped that some of the suggestions in this paper can promote the development of English education in China.
