基于高中生物教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的“同課異構(gòu)”的案例研究

【摘要】:作為一種教學(xué)教研比較方法,同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)在實(shí)踐教學(xué)情境中,以日常教學(xué)問(wèn)題為切入點(diǎn),以實(shí)際案例為依托,匯集豐富的教育資源,探索教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的新渠道。同時(shí),同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)搭建了校際之間教學(xué)研究的橋梁,匯集更多的優(yōu)秀教師,加之同伴互助和專家的引領(lǐng),完善了同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)的開展。同課異構(gòu)為廣大教師提供了學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)和場(chǎng)所,使得優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育資源惠及更多的老師。不同學(xué)校的教師通過(guò)同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)建立聯(lián)系,為教師的教學(xué)拓展了思路;教學(xué)方法的不斷優(yōu)化和完善使得教學(xué)研究不斷深入,推動(dòng)了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究在闡述教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者通過(guò)參與到同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)中,對(duì)教學(xué)案例進(jìn)行分析和比較,并結(jié)合優(yōu)秀教師以及專家的點(diǎn)評(píng)和建議,對(duì)教學(xué)案例進(jìn)行全面的認(rèn)識(shí)和解讀。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷和訪談,從一線教師以及專家的交流中獲得關(guān)于同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)更多真實(shí)而詳細(xì)的內(nèi)容,豐富了對(duì)同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)的研究。調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),通過(guò)同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng),拓展了教師之間有效合作的路徑,充分挖掘教材資源,集思廣益,在優(yōu)秀一線教師以及專家深入細(xì)致的解讀課例之后,教師學(xué)會(huì)從不同的視角去審視一堂課,去設(shè)計(jì)和上好一堂課。參與教師能夠不斷的汲取新的教學(xué)靈感,拓寬教學(xué)思路,不斷促進(jìn)教師自我專業(yè)的完善和發(fā)展,并積累豐富優(yōu)質(zhì)的教學(xué)素材。研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),許多教師只是作為一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)者去參與活動(dòng),并未作為同課異構(gòu)活動(dòng)的上課教師,教師在參與過(guò)程中也常會(huì)出現(xiàn)對(duì)課題資源內(nèi)化不夠的情況,學(xué)校相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)應(yīng)當(dāng)更加重視活動(dòng)的開展,給教師提供學(xué)習(xí)交流的機(jī)會(huì),鼓勵(lì)教師參與活動(dòng),在共同研討交流學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中不斷促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a comparative method of teaching and research, the heterogeneous activities of the same class in the practical teaching situation, with the daily teaching problems as the starting point, relying on the actual cases, collect rich educational resources. At the same time, the isomerism activities of the same class have built the bridge of teaching research between schools, bringing together more excellent teachers, together with peer mutual help and the guidance of experts. Improve the development of isomerism activities in the same class. The isomerism of the same class provides the teachers with learning opportunities and places. The teachers of different schools establish the connection through the activities of the isomerism of the same class, and expand the thinking for the teachers' teaching. The continuous optimization and improvement of teaching methods make teaching research continue to deepen, promote the professional development of teachers. On the basis of explaining the relevant theories of teachers' professional development, the author participates in the heterogeneous activities of the same class. Through the analysis and comparison of teaching cases, and combining with the comments and suggestions of excellent teachers and experts, the author makes a comprehensive understanding and interpretation of the teaching cases through questionnaires and interviews. From the exchange of teachers and experts to get more real and detailed content about isomerism activities in the same class, enrich the research on isomerism activities in the same class. The investigation and research found that through the isomerism activities in the same class. Expand the path of effective cooperation between teachers, fully tap the teaching material resources, brainstorming, in the excellent front-line teachers and experts in-depth and meticulous interpretation of class cases, teachers learn to examine a lesson from different perspectives. To design and give a lesson. Teachers can constantly absorb new teaching inspiration, broaden teaching ideas, and constantly promote teachers' self-professional improvement and development. And accumulate rich and high-quality teaching materials. The study found that many teachers only as a learner to participate in the activities, not as the same class heterogeneous activities of the class teachers. Teachers in the process of participation also often appear insufficient internalization of the subject resources, school leaders should pay more attention to the development of activities, to provide teachers with opportunities to learn to exchange, encourage teachers to participate in activities. To promote the professional development of teachers in the process of joint discussion and exchange of learning.
