【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,教育事業(yè)也面臨著變革。在應(yīng)試教育的模式下,我們的課堂教育是緊盯考試范圍,采用填鴨的方式灌輸知識(shí),這種教師的“一言堂”,很少給予學(xué)生表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)的機(jī)會(huì)。這樣,久而久之就禁錮了學(xué)生的思維,磨滅著學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,直接影響著學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。隨著教育改革的推進(jìn),采用什么樣的教育模式充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性;如何更好地培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣;怎樣發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性,全面提高學(xué)生的綜合素養(yǎng)等,已成為現(xiàn)在教育界不斷探索的課題�！盎�(dòng)教學(xué)模式”是指教師“教”和學(xué)生“學(xué)”相互作用的整體性動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程。具體表現(xiàn)為教師的主導(dǎo)施教和學(xué)生的主體認(rèn)識(shí)相輔相成的課堂活動(dòng)過(guò)程,是“教”和“學(xué)”之間相互聯(lián)系,相互促進(jìn),有序發(fā)展的整體性活動(dòng)。通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)師生關(guān)系及其相互作用,形成和諧的師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng)、學(xué)習(xí)個(gè)體與教學(xué)中介的互動(dòng),強(qiáng)化人與環(huán)境的影響,是產(chǎn)生教學(xué)共振,達(dá)到提高教學(xué)效果的一種教學(xué)法。在互動(dòng)教學(xué)模式下,教師是課堂的組織者和引導(dǎo)者。在整個(gè)互動(dòng)教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,要尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)性發(fā)展,給予學(xué)生與教師平等的地位,讓學(xué)生成為教室的核心。在合作互動(dòng)的模式下,充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,讓他們主動(dòng)參與到教學(xué)活動(dòng)中來(lái)。經(jīng)過(guò)學(xué)生的獨(dú)立思考和主動(dòng)探究,結(jié)合與同學(xué)、老師的互動(dòng)交流,不斷提高他們語(yǔ)言表達(dá)的技巧和歸納總結(jié)的能力,以及培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的意識(shí)和協(xié)同合作的精神,可以使他們形成健康向上的人格和創(chuàng)新務(wù)實(shí)的作風(fēng)。本文將從筆者從教的經(jīng)歷出發(fā),根據(jù)互動(dòng)教學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合桐柏縣實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)實(shí)施互動(dòng)教學(xué)模式的情況,對(duì)這種模式在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用予以分析研究,總結(jié)成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并期望對(duì)其在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中具體的實(shí)施提出切實(shí)可行的意見。
[Abstract]:With the development of the society, the educational cause is also facing the reform. Under the mode of exam-oriented education, our classroom education is focused on the examination scope, using the way of feeding ducks to inculcate knowledge, this kind of teacher's "arbitrariness". Rarely give students the opportunity to express their views. In this way, the students' thinking is confined, their interest in learning is extinguished, and their healthy growth is directly affected by the development of educational reform. What kind of educational model should be adopted to fully arouse students' enthusiasm for learning; How to better cultivate students' interest in learning; How to give full play to students' subjective initiative and improve students' comprehensive literacy. "Interactive teaching mode" refers to teachers "teaching" and students "learning". The whole dynamic process of interaction. The concrete manifestation is the classroom activity process that teachers' leading teaching and students' main body cognition complement each other. "Teaching" and "learning" are the integral activities of mutual promotion and orderly development. Through regulating the teacher-student relationship and its interaction, the harmonious teacher-student interaction and the student-student interaction are formed. The interaction between the individual and the teaching agent and the enhancement of the influence between human beings and the environment is a kind of teaching method which produces the teaching resonance and improves the teaching effect. Teachers are the organizers and guides of the classroom. In the whole interactive teaching activities, we should respect the development of students' personality, give students equal status with teachers, and let students become the core of the classroom. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students, let them actively participate in teaching activities. After the students' independent thinking and active inquiry, combined with students, teachers and interactive exchanges. To improve their language expression skills and the ability to sum up, as well as to cultivate students' awareness of autonomous learning and the spirit of cooperation. This article will start from the experience of teaching, according to the relevant theory of interactive teaching, combined with Tongbai Experimental Middle School to implement the interactive teaching model. This paper analyzes and studies the application of this model in practice, sums up the successful experience, and expects to put forward practical suggestions for its concrete implementation in teaching activities.
