【摘要】：高中生綜合素質(zhì)評價與高考招生之間的關(guān)系撲朔迷離,不同的研究者對這一問題表達了不同的看法,目前主要有"不掛鉤""硬掛鉤"和"逐步掛鉤"三種。由于原有政策規(guī)定的模糊性,兩種評價方式之間的博弈,高校招生錄取的"不情愿"和傳統(tǒng)評價制度文化的反抗共同阻礙了高中生綜合素質(zhì)評價與高考招生"硬掛鉤"的實現(xiàn)。為了破解這一難題,需要我們改變單一的人才評價觀,確�，F(xiàn)有政策規(guī)定的落實以及制訂基于高中生綜合素質(zhì)評價的錄取方案。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school students and the college entrance examination enrollment is confusing. Different researchers have expressed different views on this issue. At present, there are three kinds of "no hook", "hard hook" and "step by step hook". Because of the ambiguity of the original policy, the game between the two evaluation methods. The "reluctance" of college enrollment and the resistance of traditional evaluation system culture hinder the realization of the "hard link" between the comprehensive quality evaluation of senior high school students and the entrance examination of college entrance examination, in order to solve this problem. We need to change the single concept of talent evaluation, ensure the implementation of existing policies and regulations, and formulate the admission scheme based on the comprehensive quality evaluation of high school students.
