曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)探究

【摘要】:“對(duì)教育優(yōu)先進(jìn)行發(fā)展,實(shí)施人力資源強(qiáng)國的建設(shè)”是在黨的十七大中提出來的。在《國家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》中提出:“教育是使民族興旺、社會(huì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是使國民素質(zhì)提升,得到全面發(fā)展的道路。要想使一個(gè)國家富強(qiáng),需要先重視教育!敝挥芯邆浣逃幕A(chǔ),才可以擁有國民素質(zhì)的優(yōu)良;只有出色的教師,才可以將優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生教導(dǎo)出來。因而,怎樣使教師的素質(zhì)得到提升,進(jìn)行職業(yè)道德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)水平高超的職業(yè)化教師隊(duì)伍的創(chuàng)設(shè),是使教育改革推進(jìn),教師水平和學(xué)生素質(zhì)提升的保障。隨著教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的提出,如何使一個(gè)學(xué)校得到更快更準(zhǔn)地發(fā)展成為了教育界探討的一個(gè)新的方向。在發(fā)展模式類型中,內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展是在其發(fā)展上,將資源和動(dòng)力的發(fā)展視為內(nèi)部因素,探討的是學(xué)校教育的內(nèi)涵,而“內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展”則主要是立足于實(shí)踐角度,從具體實(shí)施的角度,探討學(xué)校教育發(fā)展及其途徑。從學(xué)校而言,就是對(duì)學(xué)校理念、教育科研、學(xué)校文化、教師素質(zhì)、人才培養(yǎng)等的重視。而不管是學(xué)校理念的反映,學(xué)校文化的彰顯,教育科研的研究等體現(xiàn)的實(shí)施者都是教師。因此,注重學(xué)校內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素還在教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)。教師隊(duì)伍整體得到提升,就可以很好地把學(xué)校的各種理念和教學(xué)觀念以最直觀的形式傳遞給社會(huì)、家長(zhǎng)和學(xué)生。近幾年來,曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化在質(zhì)上有了一定的提升,但由于受地理位置,政府體制和經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的影響,曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)流動(dòng)性大、專業(yè)化欠缺的現(xiàn)象仍然突出,學(xué)校和學(xué)校間存在巨大差距,然而,在某種程度上,使創(chuàng)設(shè)中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍的進(jìn)度和難度加大。本文綜合運(yùn)用了對(duì)比法、訪問法、問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)分析法,并將曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化存在的問題作為本文研究的主要方向。全文以教育學(xué)和管理學(xué)等學(xué)科里的相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),歸納整理了曲靖市2011、2012、2013年的幾所學(xué)校及相關(guān)的教師教育的資料和數(shù)據(jù),從教師的學(xué)歷、構(gòu)成、軟硬件環(huán)境以及學(xué)生的滿意度等指標(biāo)著手,分析比較了曲靖市三所中學(xué)的教師隊(duì)伍的整體狀況,對(duì)其中存在的問題進(jìn)行了探討,同時(shí)以此作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),立足于學(xué)校、社會(huì)及教師的角度,進(jìn)行問題的總結(jié)和原因的查找,從而提出了相關(guān)的策略,諸如,政策制度的制定、投入的經(jīng)費(fèi)、教師的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)地位以及監(jiān)管、評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的改革等。本文的內(nèi)容分布大致如下:第一部分從選題背景、選題意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述等方面闡明了成文的必要性;第二部分把文章中涉及到的概念和理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行歸納整理。使行文看起來有理有據(jù);第三部分根據(jù)對(duì)三所中學(xué)調(diào)查問卷整理的結(jié)果,對(duì)曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié),歸納出曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍存在的主要問題;第四部分是根據(jù)上一部分存在的問題,分析出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因;第五部分是根據(jù)存在問題和原因,找到解決的辦法。三、四、五三個(gè)部分屬于文章的主體部分。最后一部分則是總結(jié)前三個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容,寫出結(jié)語。本文最終希望能通過從政府、社會(huì)、學(xué)校及教師個(gè)人方面盡可能全面的分析中,對(duì)曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)起到一定的輔助作用。希望文章能引起相關(guān)部門的關(guān)注,從而對(duì)曲靖市中學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍在“十三五”的發(fā)展中能更加準(zhǔn)確地找到方向,以求能到達(dá)事半功倍的效果。
