普通高中生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠問(wèn)題的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:學(xué)習(xí)倦怠一直是研究者研究的熱門話題,這種現(xiàn)象對(duì)學(xué)生的身心和學(xué)習(xí)都產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響。高中生面臨高考的巨大壓力,在學(xué)習(xí)中,身體和心理上都有著較大變化。很容易出現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)下降,厭學(xué),身心疲勞等現(xiàn)象。為此,研究高中生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的現(xiàn)象及原因,有助于緩解高中生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠,使其樂(lè)于并主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),幫助其順利度過(guò)高中階段。本研究試圖通過(guò)對(duì)大洼縣高級(jí)中學(xué)的學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀及原因的分析,從而得出其學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而提出緩解高中生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的策略。本研究選取盤錦地區(qū)一所重點(diǎn)高中528名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并且選取10名學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談研究。通過(guò)調(diào)查與訪談明確了中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀及原因。通過(guò)對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)倦怠現(xiàn)狀的比較分析,總結(jié)出中學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠現(xiàn)狀的特點(diǎn)為:1.高中生存在一定程度的學(xué)習(xí)倦怠,但此現(xiàn)象并不嚴(yán)重。2.從性別上分析,男生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠程度高于女生。3.從年級(jí)上分析,高二學(xué)生衰竭程度高于高一學(xué)生;高三學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)疏離程度高于高二學(xué)生,且高二高于高一學(xué)生。4.班級(jí)干部學(xué)生的衰竭程度高于非班級(jí)干部學(xué)生;在效能感維度上,非班級(jí)干部的效能感低于班級(jí)干部。5.中等偏下成績(jī)的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠程度高于中等生和上等生。6.城鎮(zhèn)學(xué)生的衰竭和學(xué)業(yè)疏離程度高于農(nóng)村學(xué)生。通過(guò)對(duì)高中生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠原因的分析,明確了高中生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠原因的特點(diǎn)為:1.學(xué)校因素是影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的主要因素。其中包括過(guò)重的學(xué)業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān),單一的課外活動(dòng),不合理的管理方式;2.教師因素是影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的重要因素。它包括教師素質(zhì)和師生關(guān)系;3.學(xué)生因素是影響學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的內(nèi)在因素。它包含學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ),學(xué)習(xí)興趣和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),歸因方式和應(yīng)對(duì)方式;4.同學(xué)關(guān)系,同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)上是否給予幫助對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)倦怠有影響;5.家庭因素不容忽視。家庭關(guān)系和諧程度,家庭教養(yǎng)方式和學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境影響學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠。根據(jù)以上對(duì)現(xiàn)狀和原因的比較分析,提出緩解高中生學(xué)習(xí)倦怠的策略:1.轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念,樹(shù)立正確的人才培養(yǎng)觀;2.提高教師整體素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的習(xí)慣;3.豐富課程內(nèi)容和種類,合理安排學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù);4.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,關(guān)注學(xué)生心理健康的發(fā)展;5.重視學(xué)困生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,幫助其樹(shù)立自信心;6.創(chuàng)造和諧的家庭氛圍及良好的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Learning burnout has always been a hot topic in the research of researchers. This phenomenon has a negative impact on students' body and mind and learning. High school students face the great pressure of college entrance examination in learning. There are great changes both physically and psychologically. It is easy to appear the phenomenon of academic achievement decline, weariness, physical and mental fatigue. Therefore, studying the phenomenon and reason of high school students' learning burnout will help to alleviate the high school students' learning burnout. This study attempts to find out the characteristics of learning burnout by analyzing the present situation and causes of the students' learning burnout in Dawa County Senior Middle School. This study selected 528 students from a key senior high school in Panjin area to conduct a questionnaire survey. And 10 students were selected to interview. Through the investigation and interviews to identify the status quo and reasons of learning burnout. Through the comparative analysis of learning burnout. Summed up the characteristics of middle school students learning burnout is: 1. High school students have a certain degree of learning burnout, but this phenomenon is not serious. 2. From the gender analysis. The degree of burnout of male students is higher than that of female students. 3. According to grade analysis, the degree of exhaustion of sophomore students is higher than that of freshmen. The degree of academic alienation of senior three students is higher than that of sophomore students, and the degree of exhaustion of class cadres and students is higher than that of non-class cadres and students. In the sense of efficacy dimension. Non-class cadres' sense of efficacy is lower than that of class cadres .5.The degree of learning burnout of students with lower secondary grades is higher than that of middle and top students .6.The degree of exhaustion and academic alienation of urban students is higher than that of rural students. The causes of secondary school students' learning burnout. The characteristics of learning burnout of high school students are as follows: 1. The school factor is the main factor that affects the students' learning burnout, which includes excessive academic burden, single extracurricular activities and unreasonable management. 2.The teacher factor is the important factor which affects the students' learning burnout, which includes the teachers' quality and the relationship between teachers and students; 3. The student factor is the internal factor which affects the learning burnout. It includes the learning foundation, the learning interest and the study motivation, the attribution style and the coping style; 4. The relationship between students, whether the students give help in the study has the influence on the learning burnout; 5. Family factors can not be ignored. The degree of harmonious family relationship, family rearing style and learning environment influence students' learning burnout. This paper puts forward the strategy of alleviating the learning burnout of senior high school students: 1. Change the educational concept and establish the correct view of talent training. 2.improve the teachers' overall quality and cultivate students' habit of independent learning; 3.enriching the contents and types of courses and arranging the students' learning tasks reasonably; 4.Fostering students' interest in learning and paying attention to the development of students' mental health; 5. pay attention to the learning condition of the students with learning difficulties and help them to establish self-confidence; 6. Create a harmonious family atmosphere and a good learning environment.
