【摘要】：目的了解湖北省青少年煙草使用現(xiàn)況及其影響因素,為制定煙草控制策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣法,抽取湖北省36所初中共5 438名青少年進(jìn)行自填問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果湖北省青少年現(xiàn)在煙草使用率為5.66%,男生(8.31%)高于女生(2.48%),農(nóng)村(6.27%)高于城市(4.84%),年級越高、可支配零用錢越多,現(xiàn)在煙草使用率越高(χ~2值分別為104.282,21.746,48.768,22.926,P值均0.01);89.40%的青少年在14歲之前第一次嘗試吸卷煙;現(xiàn)在吸煙的青少年中,71.71%想戒煙,91.79%沒有接受過專業(yè)人員的幫助或建議。Logistic回歸分析顯示,性別、年齡、每周可支配零花錢數(shù)、父母吸煙、朋友吸煙、對戒煙困難性與二手煙危害的認(rèn)知是青少年現(xiàn)在煙草使用行為的影響因素(P值均0.01);父母都不吸煙、朋友中沒人吸煙、認(rèn)為戒煙容易、認(rèn)為二手煙有危害是青少年吸煙行為的保護(hù)因素(OR值分別為1.763,10.521,2.047,2.243)。結(jié)論湖北省青少年煙草使用現(xiàn)象較為普遍,小學(xué)生、初中生是控?zé)熃】到逃闹攸c(diǎn)人群,學(xué)校是開展控?zé)熃逃妮^好場所。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of tobacco use and its influencing factors in Hubei province, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of tobacco control strategies. Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used. A total of 5 438 adolescents were selected from 36 junior middle schools in Hubei province to carry out self-filling questionnaire. Results the current tobacco use rate of adolescents in Hubei Province is 5.66%. Male students (8.31%) are higher than girls (2.48%), rural areas (6.27%) are higher than urban areas (4.84%), the higher the grade, the more disposable pocket money. The rate of tobacco use was higher (蠂 ~ (2) = 104.282 ~ (21.746)) and (48.768) ~ (22.926) (P = 0.01) respectively. 89.40% of teenagers tried smoking for the first time before the age of 14; 71.71% of the adolescents who smoke now want to quit smoking, 91.79% have not received professional help or advice. Logistic regression analysis shows that sex, age. Weekly disposable pocket money, smoking by parents, smoking by friends, cognition of difficulty of quitting and harm of secondhand smoke were the influencing factors of tobacco-use behavior in adolescents (P = 0.01). Parents did not smoke, none of their friends smoked and thought it easy to quit smoking. The OR value of the protective factor of smoking behavior of adolescents was 1.763 or 10.521 or 2.047, respectively. Conclusion the phenomenon of tobacco use among adolescents in Hubei Province is very common. Primary school students and junior high school students are the key population of tobacco control health education and schools are better places to carry out tobacco control education.
