【摘要】：學(xué)校體育越來越受國家、社會所關(guān)注,高級中學(xué)的體育教學(xué)工作,又是一個承上啟下的環(huán)節(jié)。做為教育工作者,如何去貫徹國家的指導(dǎo)方針、如何去安排教學(xué)計劃、如何去和學(xué)生交流互動、又如何能很好的去執(zhí)行體育教學(xué)改革,這些問題需要我們教育工作者去思考、去解決。對于此情況,中共中央制定了一系列的相關(guān)政策,希望實(shí)實(shí)在在的幫助和解決中學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì),切實(shí)地保證他們的健康發(fā)展。在2014年10月21日,國務(wù)院印發(fā)了《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)體育消費(fèi)的若干意見》文件。[1]充分的說明了,體育及體育產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)被提到國家戰(zhàn)略層面。在這樣的大背景下,希望焦作市相關(guān)部門能夠積極貫徹中央政策,正確引導(dǎo)群眾和學(xué)校的體育觀念�；趯棺魇械娜宋摹⒔逃攘私�,也希望能為焦作市高級中學(xué)體育教學(xué)做出一點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn),故選擇焦作市高級中學(xué)體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀改革為研究方向。為了更加準(zhǔn)確的了解焦作市各高級中學(xué)的體育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,對我市所有高級中學(xué)采用隨機(jī)的方法,選取了焦作市第一中學(xué),武陟縣第一中學(xué)等15所高級中學(xué)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,其中教師137名、學(xué)生600名。后文也對此次相關(guān)的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié),詳細(xì)的闡述了焦作地區(qū)高級中學(xué)體育教學(xué)情況,出現(xiàn)的問題和不足,也給出了自己的觀點(diǎn)和建議,希望能夠從根本上改變此現(xiàn)狀。本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,詳細(xì)的了解焦作市高級中學(xué)的各個方面的情況,比如:體育師資、教學(xué)環(huán)境、場地設(shè)施、體育經(jīng)費(fèi)、學(xué)生對體育的態(tài)度、學(xué)生喜歡的體育項目等進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)查和研究,具體的研究結(jié)果包括以下幾個方面:1、在目前的大環(huán)境下,忽視了學(xué)校體育的核心功能。主要是因為社會對“唯分?jǐn)?shù)論”的推崇,受學(xué)校和家庭過度關(guān)注文化課的影響,而對學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)比較忽視,因此學(xué)校的體育教學(xué)受到了很大的發(fā)展障礙。2、焦作市多數(shù)學(xué)校存在體育思想滯后的現(xiàn)象,國家推廣的一些新穎的教學(xué)方式方法不敢用、不會用、不想用,以至于部分學(xué)校的教學(xué)活動中使用過舊的教學(xué)方式與手段,使得體育教學(xué)變得很枯燥,導(dǎo)致學(xué)生失去了上體育課的興趣和參加業(yè)余體育活動的動力。3、焦作市高級中學(xué)教師傳授的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)目標(biāo)的不明確,學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、體育教師、也甚至一些學(xué)生家長只注重競技體育的結(jié)果,鼓勵學(xué)生參加各種級別的運(yùn)動會,以此來為升學(xué)做準(zhǔn)備,這與學(xué)校體育的核心價值觀不符。4、焦作市高級中學(xué)的體育教學(xué)環(huán)境相對較好,但體育場地設(shè)施有所不足,普通高級中學(xué)的體育經(jīng)費(fèi)嚴(yán)重不足,希望相關(guān)部門在政策制定給與一定的傾向,教師工作環(huán)境的改善也迫在眉睫。5、焦作市高級中學(xué)通過多年的努力,男女體育教師的配備比例雖有所改善,但與國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還有一定的差距,普通高級中學(xué)的情況比較嚴(yán)重。無論是重點(diǎn)還是普通高中里的年齡梯度比較合理,而體育教師的學(xué)歷有待提高,教師的科研觀念與科研意識不強(qiáng),部分教師發(fā)表論文只是為了評比職稱而用,體育教師參加專業(yè)進(jìn)修和培訓(xùn)人數(shù)比例較少,工資待遇不理想,職稱評比機(jī)會較少。6、焦作市高級中學(xué)普遍重視體育特長生的選拔和訓(xùn)練,因為這部分同學(xué)可以提升本校的升學(xué)率,對普通同學(xué)的體育教學(xué)工作有懈怠現(xiàn)象。7、焦作市高級中學(xué)中高三年級體育專業(yè)課少且經(jīng)常被學(xué)校安排成文化課,這和體育教師的教學(xué)內(nèi)容單一,而喜歡的運(yùn)動卻沒有得到開展,還有一些體育教師主動把體育課本讓給其他的文化課教師,這些都直接影響了學(xué)生對體育科目的喜愛程度。教學(xué)過程中課堂教學(xué)組織還算不錯,只是部分學(xué)生對體育課的最終考試成績過分看重,而忽視了學(xué)習(xí)體育過程中的樂趣,教師應(yīng)當(dāng)給與正確引導(dǎo)。8、開展自主選課的過程中,會出現(xiàn)體育教師工作時間的變化、如何去教授一些新的體育項目、如何保持學(xué)生對自主選課的熱情度等一系列改革與發(fā)展。

In order to more accurately understand the current situation of physical education in Jiaozuo the senior middle school, the random method is applied to all our senior high school, the first secondary school in Jiaozuo City, the 15 high school the first middle school of Wuzhi county were investigated, including 137 teachers, 600 students. The investigation on the related results are analyzed and summarized, described in detail Jiaozuo area high school sports teaching situation, the problems and shortcomings, have given their views and suggestions, hoping to change the situation fundamentally. Mainly because of the "social esteem score on", by the school and the family over concerned about the impact of cultural education, and the overall quality of the students is ignored, so the school sports teaching has been great obstacles to the development of.2 Jiaozuo City, most of the schools have sports thought lag phenomenon, some novel methods of teaching methods to promote the country, will not use, do not want to use, so that part of the school teaching activities in the use of the old The ways and means of teaching, which makes the sports teaching become very boring, so that power.3 students lose interest and physical education in the amateur sports activities, teaching content and teaching goal of teachers in Jiaozuo senior high school teaching is not clear, the school leadership, physical education teachers, even some parents only pay attention to the results of competitive sports, to encourage students to participate in all kinds of games, in order to prepare for the entrance, and the core value of school sports view does not match the.4, Jiaozuo city high school sports teaching environment is relatively good, but the lack of sports facilities, a serious shortage of senior high school sports funds, I hope the relevant departments in the policy to give a certain the tendency of teachers improve the working environment of.5 is imminent, Jiaozuo city high school through years of hard work, men and women physicalteachers ratio has been improved, but The national standard is still a certain gap, the ordinary senior middle school's situation is more serious.
