株洲市中小學校特色建設研究

【摘要】:《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》提出“鼓勵學校辦出特色”,推動各級各類學校辦出特色,已經成為國家未來教育改革發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略任務和目標指向。因此,推動學校特色建設的理論研究與實踐探索向縱深發(fā)展,就顯得非常必要。本文以學校特色建設為研究對象,以株洲市28所具有代表性的中小學校為案例,通過資料收集和整理,對株洲市中小學校特色建設進行了研究。本文的框架分為五個部分,首先闡述了研究背景、研究的理論和實踐意義,在文獻綜述的基礎上對學校特色和特色學校的概念進行了界定和辨析,并介紹了本文運用的三種研究方法,分別是文獻法、案例法和經驗總結法。本文的第二部分是株洲市中小學校特色建設的概況,介紹了株洲市開展中小學校特色建設的背景和過程,以及最具代表性的28所中小學校特色建設的概況。在此基礎上,對株洲市中小學校特色建設的類型進行了劃分,以科技、藝體、傳統(tǒng)文化、德育以及管理為切入點,對這些學校特色的類型進行了歸納整合,并且分析了各種類型的特點。在歸納和分析了株洲市中小學校特色建設的類型和特點后,總結了株洲市中小學校特色建設的主要經驗,從選擇適合特色之路、形成獨特學校文化、打造優(yōu)秀的特色建設隊伍、規(guī)劃有效的特色建設工作這四個方面進行了經驗總結。本文的最后一部分是中小學校特色進一步發(fā)展的建議,學校特色是內外因素綜合作用的結果,以此為基礎從教育行政部門和中小學校自身的兩個角度提出了相關的建議。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 proposed that "schools should be encouraged to set up their own characteristics," and that schools of all levels and all types should be encouraged to set up their own characteristics. It has become a major strategic task and goal of the future education reform and development of the country. Therefore, the theoretical research and practical exploration to promote the construction of school characteristics to the depth of development. This article takes the school characteristic construction as the research object, taking Zhuzhou 28 representative primary and middle schools as the case, through the data collection and the arrangement. The framework of this paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, the research background, the theoretical and practical significance of the research are described. On the basis of literature review, this paper defines and distinguishes the concept of school characteristic and characteristic school, and introduces three research methods used in this paper, namely, literature method. The second part of this paper is the general situation of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction, and introduces the background and process of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction. And the most representative of the 28 primary and secondary schools characteristics of the general situation. On the basis of this, Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools are divided into the types of characteristic construction, with science and technology, arts and sports, traditional culture. Moral education and management as a starting point, the characteristics of these schools are summarized and integrated, and the characteristics of various types of analysis. After the induction and analysis of Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools characteristics of the types and characteristics. This paper summarizes the main experience of Zhuzhou primary and middle school characteristic construction, from the choice of suitable characteristic road, forms the unique school culture, builds the outstanding characteristic construction team. The last part of this paper is the suggestion of further development of the characteristics of primary and secondary schools, the school characteristics are the result of the comprehensive effect of internal and external factors. Based on this, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions from the educational administration department and the primary and middle school itself.
