【摘要】:信息時代背景下,網(wǎng)絡事件成為初中生娛樂休閑、認識社會、參與社會的重要途徑。隨著初中生思維的日趨成熟和自我意識的覺醒,他們已經能夠把一些社會準則、道德規(guī)范納入自我評價之中。網(wǎng)絡輿情已經成為超越傳統(tǒng)輿論成為傳播政治輿論,形成社會共情的重要途徑,網(wǎng)絡輿情,自覺或不自覺的制造、傳播著輿情,對初中生價值觀、道德意識、社會公德意識形成起著非常重要的影響。通過本課題的研究希望能從學校環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境三個方面提出引導初中生形成社會公德意識相應的應對策略,加強對初中生的網(wǎng)絡輿情教育,營造和諧的網(wǎng)絡文化,培養(yǎng)具有良好社會公德意識的初中生群體。本課題研究者在學習和研究前人理論的基礎上,通過采用自編的《網(wǎng)絡輿情》與《初中生社會公德現(xiàn)狀》調查問卷,選取成都市區(qū)(武侯區(qū)、錦江區(qū)、成華區(qū))各1所初級中學初一、初二、初三年級的學生為被試,共發(fā)放問卷500份,采用隨發(fā)隨收的形式,收回486份,得到有效問卷481份。筆者在認真研究當前網(wǎng)絡輿情特征的基礎上,運用心理學、傳播學、社會學等學科對”網(wǎng)絡輿情對初中生社會公德意識”的問卷調查數(shù)據(jù)結果進行總結分析;同時通過資料搜集、訪談相結合等研究方法,進一步對問卷調查發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行印證,探究網(wǎng)絡輿情對初中生社會公德意識產生的具體影響,并找到引導的具體思路和方法。通過問卷調查初步了解了網(wǎng)絡輿情背景下初中生社會公德意識的現(xiàn)狀,探索網(wǎng)絡輿情對初中生社會公德意識的影響及相關性;其次,結合問卷調查得到的數(shù)據(jù),筆者通過與學生的深度訪談進一步論證了網(wǎng)絡輿情為其帶來的積極和消極影響,得出以下結論:正確的網(wǎng)絡輿情有助于激發(fā)初中生參與公共生活的主體意識,增進初中生的平等意識和民主理念,形成良好的社會公德意識。但同時又因為初中生思想上的不成熟性、行動上的依賴性等特點,網(wǎng)絡的“不良”輿情容易模糊了初中生的是非道德觀,助長初中生“任性”的生活態(tài)度,使得初中生形成錯誤的價值觀,甚至顛覆初中生的愛國主義、理想信念、出現(xiàn)信仰危機,由此可見,網(wǎng)絡輿情對初中生社會公德的形成產生一定沖擊。本文的研究價值在于:從現(xiàn)有初中生社會公德意識的水平著手,從網(wǎng)絡輿情對初中生社會公德意識的影響作用方面,從校園環(huán)境,家庭環(huán)境,社會環(huán)等三個方面對在網(wǎng)絡輿情環(huán)境下提高初中生的社會公德意識提出了一些應對性的策略,對于學校來說,可以幫助學校在編制德育課程時,重點考慮到初中生行為規(guī)范的內容,加強對初中生的網(wǎng)絡輿情教育,營造和諧的網(wǎng)絡文化,從而培養(yǎng)初中生良好的社會公德意識;對于社會來說,積極創(chuàng)造一個健康、負責、理性的網(wǎng)絡輿情社會環(huán)境,加強對網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境的法律監(jiān)管,以科學的方法引導形成正確的主流輿論,為相關部門提供相關數(shù)據(jù)參考及應對策略,加強網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)管和調整網(wǎng)絡輿情引導策略,打造文明的網(wǎng)絡空間,形成文明上網(wǎng),文明輿情的社會氛圍,從而為初中生民主的、平等參與政治生活,構建和諧社會做出貢獻。而對網(wǎng)絡輿情的參與者特別是初中生群體來說,能讓初中生不斷提高網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng),增強遵守社會公德的自覺性,不斷提高自己的社會公德意識。只有把這三個方面有機結合起來,初中生的社會公德意識才能夠進一步加強,我們才能使得社會充滿正能量。總的來說,本文一方面在理論上豐富了網(wǎng)絡時代背景下網(wǎng)絡輿情與初中生社會公德意識的相關領域的研究;另一方面,在實踐中為網(wǎng)絡時代下提升初中生社會公德意識培養(yǎng)的方法和策略具有較強的針對性和實踐性,具有較大的現(xiàn)實意義和理論意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of information age, network events become entertainment, junior high school students social awareness, an important way to participate in the community. With the thinking of junior high school students has become more and more mature and self consciousness, they have been able to put some social norms, moral norms into self evaluation. The network public opinion has become beyond the traditional public opinion has become the dissemination of political opinion formation an important way of social empathy of the network of public opinion, consciously or unconsciously, dissemination of public opinion, to view the values of junior middle school students moral consciousness plays an important role in social morality formation. Through this research hope from the school environment, family environment, the three aspects of the social environment is proposed to guide the students to form the social morality consciousness of the corresponding strategies, strengthen the education of network public opinion of the junior high school students, create a harmonious network culture, cultivate good social ethics consciousness at the beginning In the student group. But because of the immaturity of the thought on junior middle school students, action dependent characteristics etc. the "bad", the network public opinion to fuzzy junior non moral values, contributing to the junior middle school students "capricious" attitude to life, the junior middle school students form the wrong values, what To subvert the junior middle school students' patriotism, ideals and beliefs, emergence of belief crisis, thus, the network public opinion have a certain impact on the formation of social morality of junior high school students. The value of this research is: social morality consciousness from the existing junior high school level started from the network of public opinion on the effect of social morality awareness of junior high school students from the campus environment. Three aspects, family environment, social environment and puts forward some coping strategies to improve middle school students' consciousness of the social morality of public opinion in network environment, for schools, can help in the preparation of the school moral education curriculum, the key consideration of junior high school students behavior norms, to strengthen the education of junior high school students to create a network of public opinion. Harmonious network culture, and cultivate good social morality consciousness of junior middle school students; for the society, and actively create a healthy, responsible, rational social network public opinion environment And to strengthen the legal supervision of the network environment, the scientific method to guide the formation of the mainstream public opinion correctly, provide relevant reference data and strategies for the relevant departments, strengthen the network supervision and adjustment of network public opinion guiding strategy, build civilized network space, the formation of a civilized, civilized social atmosphere of public opinion, which is the Democratic junior high school students.
