【摘要】:英語教師的素質(zhì)能力直接關(guān)涉英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量。實現(xiàn)中學(xué)英語教師團(tuán)隊的專業(yè)化發(fā)展,在促進(jìn)英語教育長效發(fā)展的同時,可以保障英語教育的專業(yè)化發(fā)展。隨著我國社會發(fā)展水平的不斷提升,教育教學(xué)改革已成為我國新常態(tài)下促進(jìn)教育發(fā)展的重要改革舉措之一。作為我國教育發(fā)展的主要組成部分之一的農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教育,雖受到了地方乃至國家相關(guān)部門的高度重視,但由于農(nóng)村地區(qū)偏遠(yuǎn)的區(qū)位狀況和落后的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,中學(xué)英語教育的發(fā)展也面臨著較多問題。為保障農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教育的健康、有序、長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,逐步提升農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教師的專業(yè)化素質(zhì)是必要手段之一。論文從云南省農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教育教學(xué)環(huán)境出發(fā),通過隨機(jī)抽樣的方法選取150位來自云南省16個地州(市)的脫產(chǎn)置換研修項目的學(xué)員作為調(diào)查對象,調(diào)查內(nèi)容主要包括以下方面:知識覆蓋、英語教學(xué)職業(yè)觀、英語教學(xué)能力、教師自我發(fā)展意識及課堂教學(xué)方法等。在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,全面了解云南省農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教師專業(yè)發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題、阻礙。并以此為基礎(chǔ),剖析限制其專業(yè)發(fā)展的根本原因,并為云南省農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的建議和對策,以促進(jìn)云南省農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The quality of English teachers ability is directly related to the quality of English teaching. The professional development of middle school English teachers team, in promoting the long-term development of English education at the same time, can guarantee the professional development of English education. With the social development level of China's rising, the educational reform has become one of the important initiatives to promote the development of education I in the new normal. As the English education in rural middle school is one of the main part of China's education development, is highly valued by the local and national relevant departments, but due to the remote location in rural areas and backward economic development, the development of English education in middle school is also facing many problems. For the English education in rural middle school protect the healthy, orderly, long-term development, and gradually improve the rural middle school English teachers' professional quality is one of the necessary means. The paper from Yunnan Province Rural middle school English teaching environment, selected 150 from 16 prefectures in Yunnan province by random sampling method (city) full-time replacement program students as the research object, research content mainly includes the following aspects: knowledge coverage, English teaching occupation outlook, English teaching ability, teachers' self development consciousness and teaching method etc.. On the basis of the survey, combined with the professional development of English teachers in rural schools, to fully understand the process meets the rural high school English teachers' professional development in Yunnan province problems and obstacles. And on this basis, analyze the reason why the limits of their professional development, and put forward the corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures of the professional development of middle school English teachers in rural areas of Yunnan Province in order to promote the rural middle school English teachers' professional development in Yunnan province.
