【摘要】:在我國(guó),近幾年來(lái),隨著信息技術(shù)地迅猛發(fā)展,教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修因打破時(shí)空限制、開(kāi)放靈活等特性成為影響教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要手段。越來(lái)越青睞于通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)中小學(xué)教師進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),而教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室即是新型網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修的產(chǎn)物。本研究旨在對(duì)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作室的實(shí)際適用性進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上探討江西中小學(xué)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)的效能,為以后開(kāi)展教師遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)提供參考或建議。同時(shí)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的研究有助于更好地提高教師素質(zhì)、更好地發(fā)展教師教育。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)構(gòu)建適用性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系驗(yàn)證多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的實(shí)際運(yùn)行效果。以適用性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系為依據(jù),通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪(fǎng)談、統(tǒng)計(jì)等研究方法驗(yàn)證教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)工作室的適用性,并對(duì)未來(lái)成立更多更高效能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室提供建設(shè)性參考。論文分為五部分:第一部分是緒論,從研究背景、研究綜述、研究設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)本文的研究進(jìn)行闡述;第二部分是概述及理論基礎(chǔ),網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室相關(guān)概念闡述及以混合式學(xué)習(xí)理論、教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體、成人學(xué)習(xí)理論、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展理論、終身教育理論為基礎(chǔ);第三部分是構(gòu)建適用性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,在理論的指導(dǎo)下從網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的研修對(duì)象、研修內(nèi)容、研修目標(biāo)、研修模式四個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的適用性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;第四部分是網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的適用性研究,根據(jù)構(gòu)建的適用性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系驗(yàn)證多個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的效果;第五部分是總結(jié)與建議,在分析總結(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的基礎(chǔ)上,提出參考與建議。網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室是教師培訓(xùn)中新生方式,本論文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室的適用性為題,希望更多專(zhuān)家學(xué)者關(guān)注教師培訓(xùn)的實(shí)證研究,創(chuàng)建更多高質(zhì)量、高效能的網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作室,為此提升中小學(xué)教師培訓(xùn)效果。
[Abstract]:In our country, in recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, network training of teachers for breaking the constraints of time, open and flexible characteristics has become an important means of teachers' professional development. More and more popular in the network through the training of primary and secondary school teachers, and teachers' network research studio is the product of new repair network training. Based on this research aims to study the practical applicability of the teachers' network studio on the network training teachers of primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi performance, provide reference or suggestions for future development of teachers distance training. At the same time on the network training studio helps to improve the quality of teachers, the better development of Teacher Education in basic theoretical research. On the construction of evaluation index system for verification of the actual operation effect of multiple network training studio. Its applicability evaluation index system based on The questionnaire, interview, statistics and other research methods to verify the applicability of the teachers' network studio, and provide constructive reference for the future establishment of more high performance network training studio. The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, research summary from the research background, research design, this paper expounds the second part; is an overview and theoretical basis, the network training studio explains relevant concepts and theories of blended learning, teacher learning community, adult learning theory, the theory of teacher professional development, lifelong education theory; the third part is the construction suitability evaluation index system, the target under the guidance of the theory from the network training studio training object, training content four dimensions, training, training mode, suitability evaluation index system construction of network training studio; the fourth part is the applicability of the network research repair studio Study on multiple network training studio effect verification according to the applicability of the evaluation index system construction; the fifth part is the summary and suggestions based on the analysis of the network training studio, put forward the reference and suggestions. The network training studio is a new way of teacher training, this paper on the topic for the network training studio, empirical hope study experts pay more attention to the training of teachers, to create more high quality, high performance network training studio, therefore enhance the effect of teacher training in primary and secondary schools.
