【摘要】： 班級授課制是傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)組織形式之一,但它難以解決學(xué)生中存在的較大的差異問題,并成為英語教學(xué)的難點之一。實際工作中作為英語教師會不斷嘗試用更好的方式來改善班級教學(xué)模式下存在的學(xué)生差異問題。 作者通過分析所在中學(xué)英語教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,研究國內(nèi)外語英語教學(xué)的改革實踐,決定在本校英語課堂教學(xué)中進行分層教學(xué)的實驗研究。 分層教學(xué)符合唯物主義辨證理論,符合教育學(xué)理論,符合學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)心理,也符合教學(xué)論中的因材施教等原則,有著廣泛的理論基礎(chǔ)。 本研究以上海市霍山學(xué)校八年級1班的全體學(xué)生為研究對象,八年級2班為對照班,實驗期限為一學(xué)年。在實驗前和實驗后作者分別對兩個班的學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)進行了測試,即前測與后測。與此同時,為了調(diào)查學(xué)生實驗前后的英語學(xué)習(xí)狀況,實驗前后分別對這兩個班同學(xué)進行了問卷調(diào)查。 通過實踐,分層教學(xué)研究在學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣和考試成績方面較傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)有很大的優(yōu)勢。 在承認(rèn)學(xué)生有差異的前提下,對同一班級的學(xué)生實施分層教學(xué)。有利于教師素質(zhì)的提高,有利于發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用,也有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。 整篇文章由四部分組成。第一部分包括英語分層教學(xué)提出的背景、研究的目的和意義、研究的內(nèi)容以及概念的界定。第二部分包括英語分層教學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。第三部分描述初中英語分層教學(xué)研究的實施過程。第四部分包括英語分層的教學(xué)實施結(jié)果分析的同時闡述了英語分層教學(xué)中的不足之處以供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Class teaching system is one of the traditional teaching organization forms , but it is difficult to solve the big difference problem existing in the students and become one of the difficulties in English teaching . As an English teacher in practice , it will try to improve the students ' differences in the class teaching mode in a better way . Based on the analysis of the current situation of English teaching in middle school , the author studies the reform practice of domestic foreign language teaching English teaching , and decides to carry out the experiment research of hierarchical teaching in English classroom teaching in our school . The layered teaching conforms to the dialectical theory of materialism , conforms to the theory of pedagogy , accords with the students ' learning psychology , and also accords with the principles of teaching theory , and has a broad theoretical basis . In order to investigate the English learning situation before and after the students ' experiment , two classes of students were investigated before and after the experiment . Through practice , the layered teaching research has a great advantage in the students ' interest in English learning and the test scores . In order to improve the quality of teachers , it is beneficial to play the main role of students and to cultivate students ' good learning habits . The whole article consists of four parts . The first part includes the background of English layered teaching , the purpose and significance of the research , the content of the research and the definition of the concept . The second part includes the theoretical foundation of the English layered teaching and the research situation at home and abroad . The third part describes the implementation process of the layered teaching research in junior middle school English . The fourth part includes the analysis of the teaching implementation results of the English layered teaching , and expounds the shortcomings of the English layered teaching for reference .
