【摘要】:正要在建立對學生家長的知情權(quán)的實現(xiàn)渠道以及渠道不暢通時的救濟渠道的前提下,進一步細化家校糾紛發(fā)生時學校的賦權(quán)和確權(quán)的具體內(nèi)容。近年來,學校管理者不時會面臨家校糾紛的困擾。由于家校雙方所持立場不同,導致對事件的定性以及處理結(jié)果的態(tài)度迥異,使得家校糾紛進一步激化,學;貞倪t緩與回應的態(tài)度反而引發(fā)了更大的質(zhì)疑,凸顯學校應對突發(fā)事件能力
[Abstract]:On the premise of establishing the channel of realizing the right to know of the parents and the relief channel when the channel is not unblocked, the paper further refines the specific contents of the power of the school and the right of confirmation when the dispute between the home and the school occurs. From time to time school managers will face the problems of home-school disputes. Because of the different positions of both sides of the home and school, it leads to different attitudes to the qualitative and outcome of the incident, which further intensifies the disputes between home and school. On the contrary, the tardiness of school response and the attitude of response have raised more questions, highlighting the ability of schools to deal with emergencies.
