【摘要】：學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展離不開教師的影響,因此教師教學(xué)個性越來越受到重視。然而在當(dāng)前的教育體制下,許多教師受應(yīng)試教育影響教學(xué)個性處于缺失狀態(tài),這對我國教育改革的順利開展有一定阻礙,也不利于學(xué)生個性的培養(yǎng)。英語作為與世界溝通的工具,它的重要性越來越深入人心,為了調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,提高英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣,英語教師必須具備自身的特色。優(yōu)秀英語教師已然能夠在教學(xué)上獨擋一面,逐漸形成了自己的教學(xué)個性。分析優(yōu)秀英語教師教學(xué)個性的特點,并探索其形成的規(guī)律,對于加快英語教學(xué)改革,促進(jìn)英語教學(xué)健康良好發(fā)展意義重大,同時也為廣大教師提供學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的機(jī)會。因此,本文選取優(yōu)秀英語教師教學(xué)個性進(jìn)行研究。本研究圍繞優(yōu)秀英語教師教學(xué)個性的表現(xiàn)、特征、養(yǎng)成等問題,選取了一所重點中學(xué)的英語教師A教師作為研究對象,采用了“質(zhì)”的研究方法中的“個案研究方法”,通過課堂、課后觀察以及深入訪談,對其教學(xué)個性的形成進(jìn)行了研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):優(yōu)秀英語教師教學(xué)個性表現(xiàn)主要有以學(xué)生為主體、教學(xué)動態(tài)變化、教師的個人知識與魅力三個方面,并且具有內(nèi)外一致性、多維性、本我性、替代父母性和藝術(shù)性等特征,最后得出教師應(yīng)該從教師自身、專業(yè)知識、教育信念、同事合作與教學(xué)反思等方面塑造自己的教學(xué)個性。A老師的教學(xué)個性形成具有一定的代表性,但是,本研究是一項個案研究,并無意提出具有普適性的規(guī)律,通過小樣本的研究得到大范圍的推廣,而是試圖讓讀者能夠從具體個案中發(fā)現(xiàn)參照、得到啟示,獲得意義,能夠激勵更多的教師發(fā)展自己的教學(xué)個性、形成自身的教學(xué)特色。
[Abstract]:The development of the students' personality can not be separated from the influence of the teachers, so the teacher's teaching personality has been paid more and more attention. However, under the current educational system, many teachers are influenced by exam oriented education, which is in a state of lack of teaching personality, which is a hindrance to the smooth development of China's educational reform, and is also not conducive to the cultivation of students' personality. English as a tool for communication with the world, its importance is more and more popular. In order to arouse students' learning enthusiasm and improve their interest in learning English, English teachers must have their own characteristics. Excellent English teachers have been able to work independently in teaching, gradually formed its own teaching personality. It is of great significance to analyze the characteristics of excellent English teachers' teaching personality and explore its formation rules, so as to speed up the reform of English teaching and promote the healthy and sound development of English teaching, and at the same time, provide teachers with the opportunity to learn from others. Therefore, this paper studies the teaching personality of excellent English teachers. This study focused on the excellent English teachers' personality, performance characteristics, cultivation and other issues, the English teacher A teachers in a key middle school as the research object, using the "quality" of the research methods of "case study method", through the classroom, class observation and interviews, on the formation of teaching personality study. The study found: excellent English teachers' personality performance there are three main aspects of personal knowledge and charm to the students as the main body, teachers, teaching dynamic changes, and has internal and external consistency, multi-dimensional, ID, substitute parents and artistic features, finally the teacher should from teachers, professional knowledge, education faith, cooperation and other aspects of teaching colleagues to create their own teaching personality. A the teacher's teaching personality formed certain representative, however, this research is a case study, and has no intention to put forward the universal law, obtain large-scale promotion through the study of the small sample, but to try to let the reader from the specific case found in the reference, to get inspiration, meaning, inspire more teachers develop their teaching individuality, form their own teaching characteristics.
