【摘要】:考試,作為教育過程的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),是對(duì)教學(xué)成果最直接的量化檢驗(yàn)。但由于考試分析本身的復(fù)雜性,現(xiàn)有的信息化統(tǒng)計(jì)工具往往存在著操作繁瑣、功能冗雜等缺點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致大部分學(xué)校仍然沿用初級(jí)的統(tǒng)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)方法,給教學(xué)工作帶來不便,同時(shí)也造成考試成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù)仍處于半浪費(fèi)狀態(tài)。如何挖掘中小學(xué)考試分析的真正需求,通過信息化手段設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)中小學(xué)考試分析系統(tǒng),為學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)、任課教師、班主任、教學(xué)管理者等用戶提供可信的教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)與分析服務(wù),本文解決方案如下:角色權(quán)限設(shè)計(jì),基于嚴(yán)格的用戶角色權(quán)限控制,系統(tǒng)為不同考試涉眾用戶提供各具特色的成績(jī)分析服務(wù),以便于用戶獲得更有價(jià)值的信息;安全數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與高效管理,針對(duì)考試分析數(shù)據(jù)繁多結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)方案,確保在大量數(shù)據(jù)中,可以快速生成報(bào)表,并結(jié)合身份認(rèn)證、數(shù)據(jù)庫備份恢復(fù)、容災(zāi)設(shè)計(jì)等多種安全方案保障系統(tǒng)安全;科學(xué)規(guī)范的報(bào)表分析,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)符合教育教學(xué)規(guī)律,通過科學(xué)分析,能真實(shí)有效地反應(yīng)教學(xué)過程中存在的問題,有助于用戶快速從系統(tǒng)分析結(jié)果中獲得更有價(jià)值的信息;改善用戶體驗(yàn),通過角色劃分、簡(jiǎn)化界面、規(guī)范數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表、可打印分析報(bào)告冊(cè)、基于Web的富交互設(shè)計(jì)等等,為用戶提供更佳體驗(yàn)。論文首先概要地整理考試分析在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,其次介紹了相關(guān)理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成了中小學(xué)考試分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。中小學(xué)考試分析系統(tǒng)是以J2EE架構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)開發(fā)的B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的WEB應(yīng)用,主要實(shí)現(xiàn)考試分析,并可以針對(duì)不同用戶自動(dòng)生成各類數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表,針對(duì)每個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)配以通俗易懂的文字解釋,最大程度上方便用戶輕松讀懂專業(yè)圖表。數(shù)據(jù)流圖是結(jié)構(gòu)化系統(tǒng)分析方法的主要表達(dá)工具及用于表示軟件模型的一種圖示方法。教學(xué)管理者、班主任、任課教師、學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)等用戶以及教務(wù)系統(tǒng)均與考試分析系統(tǒng)之間存在數(shù)據(jù)交互,本系統(tǒng)使用數(shù)據(jù)流圖對(duì)此進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。此外,在實(shí)現(xiàn)考試分析系統(tǒng)過程中遇到的編程難點(diǎn),本論文也做了相應(yīng)介紹。本系統(tǒng)在編程過程中遇到的最為關(guān)鍵的三個(gè)問題是數(shù)據(jù)庫連接、Excel數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入導(dǎo)出、使用Fusion Charts Free繪制專業(yè)的統(tǒng)計(jì)圖形。綜上,中小學(xué)考試分析系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)有助于中小學(xué)校對(duì)教育教學(xué)過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,對(duì)提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量有一定促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Examination, as an important link in the process of education, is the most direct quantitative test of the results of teaching. But because of the complexity of the exam, the information of existing statistical tools often exist shortcomings such as complex operation, miscellaneous function, causes the statistical evaluation of primary methods are still used in most schools, the teaching work to bring inconvenience, but also cause the exam data is still in a semi state waste. How to excavate the real needs of the examination analysis of primary and secondary schools, by means of information analysis system design and implementation of primary and secondary school examinations, teaching evaluation and analysis to provide services for students, parents trusted teachers, teachers, teaching managers and other users, the following solutions: roleauthority design, user authority strictly control based on service analysis the examination system for the different stakeholders provide distinctive achievements, get more valuable information for users; secure data storage and efficient management, according to the test data analysis of various characteristics that the structure is complex, the system uses the database design standard, to ensure that in a large number of data, can quickly generate reports, and combined with various safety identity authentication, database backup and recovery, disaster recovery design security solution support system; analysis of scientific and normative statements, system The design conforms to the law of education and teaching, through scientific analysis, can effectively response to the problems in the teaching process, to obtain more valuable information to help users quickly from the system analysis results; to improve the user experience through the division of roles, simplifying the interface and specification data report, analysis report can be printed books, Web rich interactive design based on, to provide a better experience for the user. First, the paper summarizes the research status quo of the test analysis at home and abroad, and then introduces the related theories. Based on that, the design and implementation of the primary and secondary school examination analysis system is completed. Primary and secondary school exam analysis system is based on J2EE architecture for the WEB application of B/S structure based on the development, the main test analysis, and can automatically generate various data reports for different users, for each data automatic reporting system with plain text interpretation, the maximum extent is convenient for users to easily read professional charts. The data flow graph is the main expression tool of the structured system analysis method and a graphical representation method used to express the software model. There are data interaction between teaching manager, class teacher, teacher, student parent and other users and educational administration systems. In addition, in the implementation of the examination analysis system, the difficulties encountered in the programming, this paper also made a corresponding introduction. The three most critical problems encountered in the programming process are database connection, Excel data import and export, and Fusion Charts Free drawing professional statistical graphics. In summary, the implementation of the examination and analysis system in primary and secondary schools will help the primary and secondary schools monitor the teaching and teaching process and promote the improvement of the teaching quality.
