【摘要】:本研究在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于有效教學(xué)的理論研究和實(shí)證研究述評(píng)的基礎(chǔ)上,具體運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)法、理論研究法、觀察法、調(diào)查研究法等研究方法,提出體育教學(xué)有效性研究的意義、思路和方法,論述體育教學(xué)有效性的理論,分析影響體育教學(xué)有效性的因素、闡述體育教學(xué)有效性的特征,為體育教師提高體育教學(xué)的效果提供參考。本研究對(duì)有效體育教學(xué)進(jìn)行了理論探討和實(shí)證研究。本研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.有效體育教學(xué)含義包含“有效果、有效益、有效率”三方面,其中,“有效果”,主要從學(xué)生有無(wú)進(jìn)步方面得到體現(xiàn);“有效益”,指學(xué)生學(xué)到了東西或?qū)W生學(xué)得好;“有效率”,是單位教學(xué)投入內(nèi)獲得較多的教學(xué)產(chǎn)出;有效體育教學(xué)的內(nèi)涵還包括:教與學(xué)的相互依存,教學(xué)行為選擇與目標(biāo)的確立要立足于多學(xué)科,有效體育教學(xué)是一套策略,有效體育教學(xué)的理念包括:關(guān)注學(xué)生的全面進(jìn)步和發(fā)展;以促進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)為宗旨;需要教師具備效益意識(shí);需要教師具備反思意識(shí)。2.教學(xué)有效的影響因素總的來(lái)說(shuō)包括:教師因素;學(xué)生因素;體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容;體育教學(xué)環(huán)境;現(xiàn)代體育教學(xué)手段;自然條件。具體來(lái)說(shuō),教師因素包括:教學(xué)觀念;體育教師的文化知識(shí)水平;體育教師的責(zé)任感;教師的教學(xué)能力;體育教師的教學(xué)效能感;體育教師的教學(xué)策略與方法;體育教師主導(dǎo)作用的發(fā)揮。學(xué)生因素包括:學(xué)生的體能、技能、身體素質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);學(xué)習(xí)策略;學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī);學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣;學(xué)生的參與方式。教學(xué)內(nèi)容因素包括:體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的多少;體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容的難易程度;體育教學(xué)的有效內(nèi)容量;教學(xué)內(nèi)容是否符合學(xué)生的興趣。體育教學(xué)環(huán)境因素包括:體育教學(xué)場(chǎng)地、器材的充足情況;同場(chǎng)上課班級(jí)數(shù)量的多少。3.提高體育教學(xué)的有效性的策略,包括:精心選擇教學(xué)內(nèi)容,提高體育教學(xué)的有效內(nèi)容量;增加學(xué)生有效練習(xí)時(shí)間,優(yōu)化體育課堂時(shí)間管理;保持適宜的運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷;減少和預(yù)防運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷;保持合適的練習(xí)密度;增加體育與健康知識(shí)的掌握量;優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)實(shí)際時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Based on the research at home and abroad on the effective teaching of theoretical research and empirical research review on the specific use of the literature method, theoretical research method, observation, survey and other research methods, significance, ideas and methods of research on the effectiveness of sports teaching, discusses the teaching effectiveness of the theoretical analysis, influence the factors and the effectiveness of sports teaching in the sports teaching effectiveness, to provide reference for sports teachers to improve sports teaching effect. This research has carried on the theoretical discussion and the empirical study to the effective physical education. This study draws the following conclusions: 1. the effective physical education teaching contains "effective, beneficial and efficient" three aspects, among them, "effective", embodied mainly from the students' progress; "benefit", the students have learned something or learned well; "efficient", is a unit the teaching input getting more teaching output in sports teaching; the connotation of effective interdependence also includes: the teaching and learning, establish the teaching goal and behavior choice should be based on the multi discipline, effective physical education teaching is a strategy of effective physical education teaching ideas include: the overall progress and development in order to promote the students' attention to students; for the purpose of learning; teachers need to have the benefit consciousness; teachers need to possess the consciousness of reflection. 2., effective teaching factors include: teacher factors, student factors, physical education contents, sports teaching environment, modern sports teaching methods, and natural conditions. Specifically, teachers' factors include: teaching concept, cultural knowledge level of physical education teachers, sense of responsibility of physical education teachers, teaching ability of teachers, teaching efficacy of physical education teachers, teaching strategies and methods of physical education teachers, and the exertion of leading role of physical education teachers. Student factors include: the students' physical ability, skills, physical quality basis, learning strategies, students' learning motivation, students' interest in learning, and the way of students' participation. Teaching content factors include: how much physical education content, the difficulty of physical education content, the effective capacity of physical education, and whether the teaching content is in line with students' interests. The environmental factors of physical education include: the sufficient conditions of the sports teaching field and equipment; the number of classes in the same class. 3. to improve the effectiveness of teaching strategies: careful selection of teaching content, improve the capacity of physical education; increase students' effective practice time, optimizing physical classroom time management; maintain appropriate exercise load; reduce and prevent sports injury; keep fit exercise density increase; sports and health knowledge quantity real time optimization; classroom teaching.
