【摘要】："高端技術(shù)技能人才貫通培養(yǎng)"試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目在學(xué)生升入高中后的第一個(gè)學(xué)期中應(yīng)以身體素質(zhì)的練習(xí)為主,全面提升學(xué)生的力量、協(xié)調(diào)、速度、耐力、柔韌、靈敏素質(zhì);第二學(xué)期至第四學(xué)期學(xué)生進(jìn)行自主選課、開(kāi)設(shè)戶(hù)外教育課程、太極拳必修課。在"高端技術(shù)技能人才貫通培養(yǎng)"試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目高中階段體育課開(kāi)設(shè)選項(xiàng)課和戶(hù)外教育課程,對(duì)學(xué)生掌握一到兩項(xiàng)終身受益的體育項(xiàng)目,培養(yǎng)健全的人格大有益處。
[Abstract]:"Should take physical exercise as the first semester of high-end technical skills of personnel through training pilot project in students entering high school in the improvement of students' comprehensive strength, coordination, speed, endurance, flexibility, agility; second to fourth semester semester students autonomous course selection, open outdoor education courses, Taijiquan compulsory course. In the pilot project of "high-end technology and skilled personnel training", offering optional courses and outdoor education courses in high school physical education class will benefit students to master one to two lifelong sports and develop healthy personality.
