【摘要】：對于班級性質(zhì)的界定歷來是班級社會學研究的首要問題。本文借助二維框架,對已有班級性質(zhì)觀進行整理歸納,發(fā)現(xiàn)已有研究因忽視班級中的價值需要而存在事實判斷片面性的不足。據(jù)此,本文從全面的事實判斷出發(fā),認為既要看到班級中的客觀事實,也要看到班級中存在的價值需要,得出班級是教育性組織的結(jié)論,并指出要利用班級中價值需要的牽引作用和發(fā)揮組織的正功能,有效地進行班級建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The definition of class nature has always been the primary issue of class sociology research. With the help of the two-dimensional framework, this paper summarizes the existing concepts of class nature, and finds that there is a lack of factual judgment of one-sidedness in existing studies because of neglecting the needs of value in the class. On the basis of this, the author thinks that we should not only see the objective facts in the class, but also the value needs in the class, and draw the conclusion that the class is an educational organization. It is pointed out that class construction should be carried out effectively by using the traction function of value in class and the positive function of organization.
