【摘要】：當(dāng)前國內(nèi)關(guān)于教育思維的探討大多來自哲學(xué)與心理學(xué)的演繹因而外在于教育活動,忽視了教育思維的獨(dú)特性。而教育管理與學(xué)校教育實(shí)際存在的教育思維狀況卻又存在著碎片化與工具化的問題。重構(gòu)教育思維,既要借用思維理論的形式價值,更要依據(jù)關(guān)于教育的理解來進(jìn)行。教育思維的特性為"合教育性",即以個體和人類應(yīng)該合乎價值、合乎自愿、合乎真理的發(fā)展為原則。因此,教育思維是教育工作者運(yùn)用合教育性的人-知識-社會的復(fù)合三角結(jié)構(gòu)來開展工作與解決問題的思維方式和方法。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the discussions about educational thinking come from the deduction of philosophy and psychology, and therefore lie in educational activities, ignoring the uniqueness of educational thinking. But the educational management and the school education actually exist the educational thinking condition but also has the fragmentation and the tool question. To reconstruct educational thinking, we should not only borrow the formal value of thinking theory, but also proceed according to the understanding of education. The characteristic of educational thinking is "pedagogical", that is, the development of individual and human should be worthy, voluntary and true. Therefore, educational thinking is the thinking mode and method for educators to carry out their work and solve problems by using the complex triangular structure of human being, knowledge and society.
