學(xué)生思想政治教育主體研究

【摘要】:學(xué)生思想政治教育主體是學(xué)生思想政治教育過程中最基本的構(gòu)成要素,是學(xué)生思想政治教育能夠開展的前提。對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體進(jìn)行綜合系統(tǒng)的研究是完善學(xué)生思想政治教育理論的關(guān)鍵步驟,也是推動(dòng)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體建設(shè)的必然選擇。本文在明晰學(xué)生思想政治教育主體意義基礎(chǔ)上,全面的把握學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的角色,明確學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),認(rèn)清學(xué)生思想政治教育主體發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,找出當(dāng)前學(xué)生思想政治教育主體存在的主要問題,并且提出學(xué)生思想政治教育主體建設(shè)的具體構(gòu)想,這是本文研究的基本思路亦是主要步驟。具體而言,本文主要圍繞以下五個(gè)方面展開研究:第一章學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的意義探究。這部分既是文章研究的邏輯起點(diǎn),也是全文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。本章首先討論的是學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的歸屬問題即學(xué)生思想政治教育主體“是什么”的問題。在經(jīng)歷對(duì)相關(guān)概念追本溯源的解讀以及排除眾異之后,我們厘清思維并將教育者定位為學(xué)生思想政治教育的主體。將教育者定義為學(xué)生思想政治教育的主體有著特定的語境:在學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)施的過程中即教育者施教的過程中。因此,本文不存在否認(rèn)學(xué)生的能動(dòng)性的問題,并且在整個(gè)研究中始終強(qiáng)調(diào)和重視學(xué)生主體性的發(fā)揮。在明確了主體的歸屬之后,本章還對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的內(nèi)涵與特點(diǎn)、地位與價(jià)值進(jìn)行了全面的闡釋和概括。第二章學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的角色定位。這部分是文章研究的重要環(huán)節(jié),因?yàn)槊鞔_角色既能夠讓外界清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的重要性,也能夠增強(qiáng)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體自身的責(zé)任意識(shí)和使命意識(shí)。本章首先闡述了對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體進(jìn)行角色定位的必要性,繼而對(duì)以往在學(xué)生思想政治教育主體角色定位中存在的偏差進(jìn)行全面闡釋,即說明現(xiàn)象、分析原因及總結(jié)危害。最后從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)視角對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的角色進(jìn)行了分別的解讀。第三章學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)。這部分是文章研究的核心內(nèi)容,具備全方位的素質(zhì)是成為學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的必要條件,明確學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)會(huì)為我們從這些方面著手來強(qiáng)化和提升他們的整體素質(zhì)做好鋪墊。本章首先從多個(gè)方面闡述了學(xué)生思想政治教育主體素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的確立的依據(jù),然后遵從這些依據(jù)把學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的素質(zhì)概括為政治素質(zhì)、思想素質(zhì)、知識(shí)素質(zhì)、情感素質(zhì)、道德素質(zhì)、能力素質(zhì)、身心素質(zhì)七個(gè)主要范疇,并逐一對(duì)這些范疇的內(nèi)涵、特征、內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)予以解讀。此外,還對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體各項(xiàng)素質(zhì)范疇之間的的結(jié)構(gòu)與關(guān)聯(lián)予以剖析。第四章學(xué)生思想政治教育主體發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀檢視。這部分是文章研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,因?yàn)橹挥姓J(rèn)清實(shí)際,才能夠立足于實(shí)際,謀求更好的發(fā)展。本章對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面的把握,一方面,對(duì)當(dāng)前在學(xué)生思想政治教育主體發(fā)展中取得的成績進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。另一方面,對(duì)當(dāng)前學(xué)生思想政治教育主體存在的問題進(jìn)行了探究。最后在基于現(xiàn)實(shí)問題基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了歸因與反思。第五章學(xué)生思想政治教育主體建設(shè)的整體構(gòu)想。這部分是文章研究的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,更是在前面研究內(nèi)容基礎(chǔ)上的升華。本章首先從把握發(fā)展走向和明確建設(shè)思路兩個(gè)方面說明了加強(qiáng)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體建設(shè)的具體要求。然后提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體建設(shè)的基本路徑,主要包括培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)的一體化、制度規(guī)范的完善化、體制機(jī)制的健全化、教育培植的自主化四個(gè)維度。最后強(qiáng)調(diào)要提倡對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育主體的人文關(guān)懷,即要注意實(shí)現(xiàn)他們義務(wù)與權(quán)利相互對(duì)等、滿足他們?cè)醋匀诵缘恼?dāng)需求及關(guān)照他們精神世界的成長發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The main body of students'ideological and political education is the most basic element in the process of students' ideological and political education and the prerequisite for the development of students'ideological and political education. On the basis of clarifying the significance of students'ideological and political education subject, this paper comprehensively grasps the role of students' ideological and political education subject, clarifies the quality structure of students'ideological and political education subject, recognizes the present situation of students' ideological and political education subject development, and finds out the main existing subject of students'ideological and political education at present. This paper mainly focuses on the following five aspects: Chapter one is the exploration of the significance of students'ideological and political education subject. This part is not only the logical starting point of the article, but also the full-text research. First of all, this chapter discusses the subject of Ideological and political education of students, that is, what is the subject of Ideological and political education of students. Educator is defined as the subject of students'ideological and political education in a specific context: in the process of the implementation of students' ideological and political education, that is, in the process of educators'teaching. Therefore, this paper does not deny the students' initiative, and throughout the study has always emphasized and paid attention to the students'subjectivity. After that, this chapter also explains and summarizes the connotation, characteristics, status and value of the subject of students'ideological and political education. Chapter 2: The role orientation of the subject of students' ideological and political education. This chapter first expounds the necessity of the role orientation of the students'ideological and political education subject, and then comprehensively explains the deviation existing in the role orientation of the students' ideological and political education subject in the past, that is, to explain the phenomenon and analyze the original. Finally, from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives, the roles of the students'ideological and political education subject are interpreted separately. Chapter three is the quality structure of the students' ideological and political education subject. The quality structure of students'ideological and political education subject will pave the way for us to strengthen and enhance their overall quality from these aspects. This chapter first expounds the basis for the establishment of the quality structure of students' ideological and political education subject from many aspects, and then follows these basis to summarize the quality of students'ideological and Political Education subject. Including political quality, ideological quality, knowledge quality, emotional quality, moral quality, ability quality, physical and mental quality seven main categories, and one by one of these categories of connotation, characteristics, content and structure to be interpreted. This part is the key content of the article, because only when we have a clear understanding of the reality, we can base ourselves on the reality and seek better development. This chapter has a comprehensive grasp of the development of students'ideological and political education, on the one hand, the development of students' ideological and political education. On the other hand, it explores the existing problems of students'ideological and political education subject. Finally, it makes attribution and Reflection on the basis of practical problems. This chapter first explains the specific requirements of strengthening the construction of students'ideological and political education subject from two aspects of grasping the development trend and defining the construction ideas, and then puts forward the basic path of realizing the construction of students' ideological and political education subject, mainly including the integration of training, the perfection of system norms, and the body. Finally, it emphasizes that we should advocate humanistic care for the students'ideological and political education subjects, that is, we should realize the reciprocity of their obligations and rights, satisfy their legitimate needs derived from human nature and take care of the growth and development of their spiritual world.
