【摘要】:思想道德建設(shè)一直是我國教育的重要組成部分,為給我國培養(yǎng)大批合格的建設(shè)者和可靠的接班人貢獻了重要的力量。從1994年的《愛國主義教育實施綱要》,到2001年的《公民道德建設(shè)實施綱要》,到2004年的《關(guān)于進一步加強和改進未成年人思想道德建設(shè)的若干意見》,到2005年中宣部、教育部聯(lián)合發(fā)布的《關(guān)于進一步加強和改進高等學(xué)校思想政治理論課的意見》等,一系列文件,在不斷強調(diào)思想道德建設(shè)重要意義的同時,也不斷豐富思想道德教育的內(nèi)容。思想道德教育是專屬于我們國家的用法,其他國家大多使用道德教育或者公民道德教育來行使思想道德教育的職能。因為本文試圖通過介紹和探究韓國在學(xué)校道德教育方面的內(nèi)容,所以統(tǒng)一使用道德教育和公民道德教育進行論述。本文包括緒論,正文四個章節(jié)和結(jié)論六個部分。第一章,緒論。論述了本文的選題依據(jù)與意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究思路與方法和創(chuàng)新與不足。第二章,韓國學(xué)校公民道德教育的發(fā)展階段。分為三個小節(jié),即以政治教育為核心;助力經(jīng)濟全面發(fā)展;全面發(fā)展和面向未來的教育為核心的韓國學(xué)校公民道德教育的不同階段。第三章,現(xiàn)行韓國學(xué)校道德教育的內(nèi)容和課程設(shè)置。根據(jù)韓國教育部2015-74號別冊6《道德教育課程》,詳述了韓國現(xiàn)行初、中、高等教育階段的道德教育內(nèi)容,并且總結(jié)了初等、中等和高等教育階段道德課程授課的情況。第四章,韓國學(xué)校公民道德教育的現(xiàn)狀。介紹了韓國學(xué)校在公民道德教育上取得的成就、存在的問題及問題的成因。第五章,韓國學(xué)校公民道德教育給中國的啟示。本章首先提煉了韓國道德教育的經(jīng)驗,包括德育內(nèi)容、德育課程設(shè)置、德育方式和學(xué)校角色的六個具體內(nèi)容;其次敘述了韓國道德教育給予我國的教訓(xùn),即把握道德教育尺度、保持道德教育價值觀一致性、注重道德教育可行性和健全公民道德教育體系四個方面。任何國家的經(jīng)驗都不可能完全適應(yīng)另一個國家,所以在學(xué)習(xí)其他國家經(jīng)驗的同時要注意與本國特色的結(jié)合。作者希望通過介紹韓國公民道德教育的相關(guān)內(nèi)容為中國的公民道德教育尋找新的靈感。
[Abstract]:Ideological and moral construction has always been an important part of our education. In order to train a large number of qualified constructors and reliable successors in our country, we have contributed important strength. From the implementation outline of patriotism Education in 1994, to the implementation Program of Citizen morality Construction in 2001, to the "about advance" in 2004. Views on strengthening and improving the ideological and moral Construction of minors in one step. By 2005, the propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China, "opinions on further strengthening and improving ideological and political Theory courses in Colleges and Universities" issued jointly by the Ministry of Education, a series of documents, while constantly emphasizing the important significance of ideological and moral construction, It is also constantly enriching the content of ideological and moral education. Ideological and moral education is used exclusively in our country. Most other countries use moral education or civic moral education to carry out the function of ideological and moral education. This paper consists of six parts: introduction, four chapters and conclusions. Chapter one, introduction, discusses the basis and significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter, the development stage of civic moral education in Korean schools. It is divided into three sections, namely, political education as the core, promoting the overall development of the economy; The different stages of civic moral education in Korean schools with all-round development and future-oriented education as the core. Chapter three, The content and curriculum of current moral education in Korean schools. According to the "moral Education Curriculum" No. 2015-74 of the Korean Ministry of Education, the contents of moral education in the current stage of Korean primary, middle and higher education are described in detail, and the contents of moral education at the primary, middle and higher levels are summarized. The current situation of civic moral education in Korean schools. The achievements, problems and causes of civic moral education in Korean schools are introduced. This chapter firstly abstracts the experience of Korean moral education, including the content of moral education, the curriculum of moral education, the way of moral education and the role of school. Secondly, it describes the lessons of Korean moral education to our country, that is, to grasp the scale of moral education, to maintain the consistency of moral education values. Pay attention to the feasibility of moral education and the four aspects of perfecting the system of moral education for citizens. No country's experience can be fully adapted to another country. Therefore, we should pay attention to the combination of the characteristics of other countries while learning from other countries. The author hopes to find new inspiration for China's civic moral education by introducing the relevant contents of Korean civic moral education.
