程千帆的教育智慧

【摘要】:程千帆是一位文學(xué)大家,他自幼聰穎,詩學(xué)是其家學(xué),十二三歲時(shí)便能作詩。后在伯父的有恒齋學(xué)習(xí),打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的文言功底。進(jìn)入金陵中學(xué)后開始接觸現(xiàn)代科學(xué),在金陵大學(xué)更是博采眾長。這些都為他后來的研究與教學(xué)奠定了好的基礎(chǔ)。他眼光敏銳,記憶力超群,在學(xué)術(shù)研究中形成了獨(dú)特的研究特色。同時(shí)程千帆具備著文人知識(shí)分子的清高正直和坦率,但又非常厚道仁慈,平易近人。尤其關(guān)愛學(xué)生,敬重師長。程千帆又是一位對(duì)教育事業(yè)滿懷熱忱的教師,曾任教于武漢大學(xué)、金陵大學(xué)和四川大學(xué)。1958年被錯(cuò)劃為“右派分子”,下放到農(nóng)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行“勞動(dòng)改造”,應(yīng)聘到南京大學(xué)時(shí)已經(jīng)66歲,學(xué)術(shù)研究出現(xiàn)了近二十年的斷層。但這都不能阻擋這位將教育事業(yè)放在第一位的老人站上講臺(tái)。他在教學(xué)過程中始終堅(jiān)持“德才兼?zhèn)?全面教育”的教育目標(biāo),精心設(shè)置課程和教學(xué)內(nèi)容。并且在課外跟學(xué)生的交流也經(jīng)常具有智慧性,使學(xué)生受益匪淺。他在一生的教育生涯中,不僅出版了大量的文章著作,還培養(yǎng)了莫礪鋒、張伯偉、張宏生、鞏本棟、曹虹、程章燦、蔣寅、張三夕、徐有富、吳志達(dá)、吳代芳等一批優(yōu)秀的程門弟子,他們中的大部分人在我國古代文學(xué)領(lǐng)域都占有重要的地位。在教學(xué)過程中他不僅踐行了“傳道、授業(yè)、解惑”這一有形的教學(xué)活動(dòng),還用自己的人格魅力影響著學(xué)生,給他的弟子和世人留下了一種無形的教育智慧。程門弟子不僅肩負(fù)著程千帆學(xué)術(shù)的傳承這一重任,也各自在自己的領(lǐng)域做出了成就與貢獻(xiàn)。程千帆的教育智慧不僅應(yīng)該使其弟子受益,也應(yīng)該被當(dāng)代的教育工作所借鑒。他不管何時(shí),都將教育視為第一要?jiǎng)?wù),將教書育人的教師本職工作做到了極致。這尤其應(yīng)該值得今天的教育工作者學(xué)習(xí)與深思。而其不拘于知識(shí)講授,注重治學(xué)方法傳授的教育觀與我們當(dāng)下的素質(zhì)教育也是不謀而合的,因此我們也可從中獲取經(jīng)驗(yàn)。他所采用的“師生合作”的教育方式,雖不一定適用于所有大學(xué)教師,卻仍是值得提倡與鼓勵(lì)的。
[Abstract]:Cheng Chien-fan was a literary man. He was intelligent since he was a child, and poetics was his family. He was able to write poetry at the age of twelve or three. Later, he studied in his uncle's Hengzhai and laid a solid foundation in classical Chinese. After entering Jinling Middle School, he began to come into contact with modern science. At Jinling University, he learned from all kinds of people. All these laid a good foundation for his later research and teaching. He had a keen eye and a good memory. In the academic research has formed the unique research characteristic. At the same time Cheng Qianfan has the literati intellectual high and upright and frank, but also very kind and kind, approachable, especially caring for the students, Respecting the teacher, Cheng Qian-fan is also a teacher who is full of enthusiasm for education. He taught at Wuhan University. Jinling University and Sichuan University. In 1958, they were wrongly classified as "Rightists" and sent to farms for "re-education through labour." when they applied to Nanjing University, they were already 66 years old. Academic research has been at fault for nearly two decades. But none of this can stop the old man who put education first on the podium. In his teaching process, he has always insisted on the educational goal of "comprehensive education with both moral integrity and ability." He has carefully set up courses and teaching contents. In addition, he has always had wisdom in his extracurricular communication with students, which has greatly benefited his students. In his lifetime of education, he not only published a large number of articles, but also cultivated Mo Lifeng and Zhang Bowei. Zhang Hongsheng, Gong Bendong, Cao Hong, Cheng Zhangcan, Jiang Yin, Zhang Sanxi, Xu Youfu, Wu Zhida, Wu Daifang, and a group of outstanding Cheng Men disciples, Most of them held an important position in the field of ancient Chinese literature. In the teaching process, he not only practiced the tangible teaching activity of "preaching, teaching, and dispelling doubts", but also influenced the students with his personality charm. He left his disciples and the world a kind of invisible educational wisdom. Chengmen disciples not only shouldered the important task of Cheng Qian-fan 's academic heritage, Cheng Qian-fan 's educational wisdom should not only benefit his disciples, but also be used for reference by contemporary educational work. He always regarded education as his first priority. This should be worth studying and pondering over today's educators, who do not want to teach knowledge. The concept of education that focuses on the teaching of scholarly methods coincides with our current quality education, so we can also learn from it. His "teacher-student cooperation" approach does not necessarily apply to all university teachers. However, it is still worth advocating and encouraging.
