試論艾略特的文化傳播觀

【摘要】:T.S.艾略特認(rèn)為,文化傳播的首要渠道是家庭,沒有了家庭傳播,文化將會變質(zhì),而學(xué)校教育主要承擔(dān)傳播自覺文化的作用,學(xué)校教育應(yīng)該與家庭等文化傳播者有機結(jié)合,否則,教育將以"背叛文化"收場。關(guān)于學(xué)校教育的文化傳播,艾略特批評了當(dāng)時的教育內(nèi)容和教育目的論以及"教育使人幸福""教育機會平等"等教育觀點,并提出有利于個體、文化和社會的健康發(fā)展的多層次教育文化傳播觀。艾略特的家庭和學(xué)校教育文化傳播觀不僅是對當(dāng)時的文化傳播發(fā)言,更像是對中國當(dāng)前的文化傳播發(fā)言。
[Abstract]:T.S. Eliot believes that the primary channel of cultural communication is the family. Without family communication, culture will deteriorate, and school education mainly plays the role of spreading conscious culture. School education should be organically integrated with cultural communicators such as families, otherwise, Education will end with "betrayal of culture." with regard to the cultural spread of school education, Eliot criticized the educational ideas of the time, such as "education makes people happy" and "equality of opportunity in education", and suggested that it was beneficial to the individual. Elliott's view of family and school education culture communication is not only a speech to the cultural communication at that time, but also a speech to China's current cultural communication.
